Our visit to The Hot Springs Village and Townhouse was awesome. It was beautiful as well as clean and well maintained. We loved the townhouse right on Lake Desoto and enjoyed the surrounding lakes and beaches. We loved the Shack restaurant as well as Home Plate and the new El Padrino Mexican restaurant. Molly O'briens pizza pub had the best ribs as well as pizza. Hot Springs had a variety of activities for the whole family. Everything was perfect. The listing was very accurant and the owners very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and the area to others.

Our family loved the amenities of the townhouse and we loved the great views of the lake and the fishing right outside the door.. Everything was very clean and the next door neighbor was very helpful.

My friends and I stayed here for Memorial weekend and had a wonderful time. The owners are great! The house was well stocked and very clean. It was so peacefull in the village. We can't wait to go back and spend a week! You will not regret your choice if you choose this property.

This condo met and exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we did not want to leave. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake was so peaceful, we didn't have a care in the world. This vacation was every thing we were looking for and more. We are preparing to come again in the fall. WE LOVED IT!!!!!

We really enjoyed staying in this townhouse! Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer. Two nights just wasn't long enough. Everything is SO clean and we found everything that we needed to make our stay a memorable one. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great. We want to plan another trip and stay a full week! Our son enjoyed playing the games that were available and during our short stay we managed to put together one of the puzzles! If you stay here, you won't be disappointed! Be sure to visit The Home Plate restaurant. They have the best home cooked food and the prices are great.

Fabulous Lake Rental Property

Rented property as mid-way meeting place for some of my out-of-state friends for a girls weekend. Was there 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves completely. The property was everything as described... a lovely place to stay, very beautiful lakefront view from the balcony off of the living room. Home was very clean and had very nice kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Pictures do not do justice, must see the property to appreciate it. Just needed a few more days for sight-seeing. Was only about 15 minutes from Hot Springs and it was a very nice gated community to stay in. There was lots to do just where we were staying. If you decide to stay there be sure to check out Hot Springs Village on the internet first so you will know everything it has to offer. Would love to take my husband back this summer for some fishing as well. Owner also had great accommodations with a full bathroom in the garage area (great for cleaning up after a day in the lake), as well as a nice kitchenette area for cleaning fish, etc. Owner was very pleasant and informative, enjoyed talking to her. It was truly a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again! I would like to thank the owner for answering all of my questions and the nice information package she had available for us when we got there. Also for the temporary passes so we could enjoy all of the facilities while we were there. It was much, much nicer than staying in a hotel. Felt like we were visiting in someone's home, very pleasant with a personal touch on detail. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one and giving us a relaxing place to stay. Kuddos to you!

Perfect for an all girls getaway. Loved the community and knowing that guests are securely checked at gate. Last minute plans for mini vacation went thru smoothly, will definitely return.

We just had a wonderful girls reunion. The townhome was perfect. It was attractive and clean. Sitting on the balcony was wonderful, with a lovely view of the lake, trees, etc. Everything we needed was provided. Will be staying there again in near future.

We just got home from our weekend away and wanted to say a big "Thank You". We had such a wonderful time and your townhouse was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and could put our 3 yr old to bed upstairs while the teens played Uno and checkers downstairs. The DeSoto Community Rec Center gave the older boys something to do while the 3 yr old napped after lunch. Your townhouse was located so close to all we needed. Even when the weather turned yucky, we were able find fun: Tiny Town, the petting zoo, and some local shops. Then when the rain stopped, we headed to Magic Springs. Being so close to everything made it work out beautifully.

The townhome was amazing. I absolutely loved it! I celebrated my birthday here with my friends and family, and I can honestly say it was the best birthday ever. The owners are wonderful! Of all our needs and wants were met. I would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was exactly as advertised & more! We had 7 in our group and found the home to be spacious, well-furnished, & spotless with updated kitchen & baths. The location was extremely convenient for the golfers in our group, who happily played on a different course each day! The view of the woods & the lake was very relaxing; it really feels secluded and peaceful. The owner was so pleasant and accommodating. Our trip was last minute, but we felt that we couldn't have done bettter if we had planned it a year ago! We highly recommend this property and will book again!

Awesome vacation SOO Relaxing by the Lake with all ammenities of home. High Speed Internet, Large BR, TV in master, grill. Views and the Village is awesome.Play Granada Golf Course if you get a chance. We also rented boat and tubed on Lake Balboa, Fun
