Cheap Trip to the Beach! Are you tired of paying top dollar at the beach and then you spend very little time indoors?
This unit is located on the first floor of a home that is centrally located in Orange Beach, AL along Canal Road. Orange Beach has three main streets - Canal Road, Hwy 161 and Perdido Beach Blvd. This unit is on Canal Road and it has great proximity to the Wharf, area restaurants/attractions, marinas and the Beach. This home is split into two separate units...this is the first floor unit.....
This unit is tastefully decorated with a beach decor. Unit is recently painted with freshly cleaned carpets and new linens.
This unit has two bedrooms and one bath. Bath can be accessed from both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full size bed along with a television. The second bedroom has a two twin beds with a television/VCR combo. This unit sleeps 6 people - easily!!!!
The living room/kitchen/dining is a large room. This room has a double-bed-size futon, a loveseat, there is no sink and no stove....there is a stainless kitchen prep table, a dining table, a television/DVD player, and a refrigerator/freezer. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have full-length mirrors and towel bars to hang wet towels (keeps bath clutter free for everyone). Both bedrooms have full-size closets and luggage racks. There is an iron and ironing board.
The unit has some DVD movies along with some board games and cards.
The unit has a private entrance with an electronic key lock. NO KEYS TO PICK UP!!!! The last four digits of your cell phone will be programmed in on your scheduled arrival day.
Unit has it's own A/C unit along with a small kitchenette-type area. There is a coffee maker, a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. A convenient selection of dishes are supplied. There is no sink and no stove in the kitchen area.
The unit has reserved parking. There is a picnic table outside for your enjoyment or for smokers. There is NO SMOKING in the unit. A $250 charge will apply for any evidence of smoking.
Check-in is 300PM and Check-out is 12 noon.

We hear over and over how much people appreciate our central location. Visitors who come for the beach, the concerts at the Wharf or for charter fishing love our location. We are located very close to one of the oldest hot spots in Orange Beach - The Keg Lounge. We are also convenient to Bear Point Marina and Sportsman Marina. The refrigerator in the unit has a separate freezer for storage of your catch of the day before you travel home!
