Cobble Hill in Brooklyn New York has been rated as one of the most charming and desirable neighborhoods in New York City. It is a very tiny neighborhood, next to Brooklyn Heights. Cobble Hill is known for the historic, landmark protected buildings where development has been controlled by a very active neighborhood association comprised of families and professionals. Henry Street, where the Studio is located is in the heart of Cobble Hill and is very residential, but two blocks over is Court Street/Smith Street where there are a myriad of shops and restaurants.
You will love the charm and amenities of the newly renovated studio. It is a quiet tree lined-street and in a very attractive neighborhood. The Studio is walking distance to all subways (2,3,4,5,N,R,A and F) and one block from ready access to taxis 24 hours a day. The Apt is on the Ground floor and with a high security metal door and ADT electronic security protection. Minimum five night stay.
You are also 10 minutes away from the Promenade a maine tourist attraction with beautiful view of the downtown Manhattan that will lead you to the brooklyn bridge.
We are also proud of the Bargemusic located at the foot of the brooklyn bridge where classical music is being play on a barge with the background view of downtown Manhattan.
You will find as well some of the best pizza in brooklyn, including right on our street at "Lucali" and nearby Bargemusic (concerts with amazing view of manhattan on a barge docked in brooklyn), next to "Grimaldi's" legendary pizza in NY, you cant miss it just follow the Line!!
We are also very fortunate with Smith Street where you will find a choice of over 70 restaurants, representing with food from all over the world!! Enjoy

Separate entrance (very private) studio with all new amenities (gut renovation). New kitchenette, full bathroom with very spacious shower (rare to find in NYC). Free TV, cable and Wi-Fi, wide plank original floors (100 years+ old), huge closets. Full sized bed (sleeps 2). Maid service available 2 times per week (Mon & Thursday) upon request. Extremely quiet home on a narrow street. Very charming and inviting. Very appealing neighborhood with Italian roots. Mother of Winston Churchill was born on our block, many famous mafia Italian families lived on the block, it is landmark designated and Bob Dylan wrote a song about our Street. It has maintained its history and charm - truly a home within the city.

We are an American-French couple in the French restaurant business. Our home is located in a landmark district area which maintains the charm and turn of the century feel of the brownstones. We completed a gut renovation of our home in 2005 and the studio is like living in the most charming neighborhood in NYC with tree-lined streets and ample gardens.
