We were very pleased with the Retreat. The whole family of 12 had a great time. The home was clean and very well represented by the pictures under the listing for the rental. The owners were very helpful, with anything, that was needed to help make our stay more enjoyable. The home was well equiped with everything needed in the kitchen, pool area, laundry and bedrooms. When we return to the area again, we would definetly stay here!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Glad you enjoyed your stay. We value your feedback and your business. We would love to have you return. Thanks for sharing your experience with us and potential guests.

We stayed at this location for our sons college baseball spring training. There was 9 of us, 4 generations. The pictures on this website do not do it justice. The home is absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. I think I took more pictures of them then my sons games. :-( . The location is very private yet close to stores for supplies. We are already thinking about visiting again with no plans but to stay here and just relax!!!! Thank-you so much for opening your home for us to enjoy!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for your kind words, Kim. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome back anytime. Cheers, Sandra

My family spent Christmas 2012 at The Retreat at Copper Mountain. I have to say that everything is taken care of for a worry-free vacation. The kitchen is HUGE and everything one needs is right there. The living areas are spacious, the bedrooms nicely appointed. There are plenty of bathrooms for lots of people. Towels, extra bedding, it's all there. The big draw to this house is the back terrace patio that overlooks the pool. Most of my family was out back taking in the fabulous, sweeping view of the mountains and South toward Tucson proper. There's plenty of outdoor furniture if you love views, warmth and quiet. Or if you want to party! Inside the house you will find lots of space to do your thing. The men found the large screen TV in the living room great for watching football. My only suggestion would be that the lving area could use more lamps of better lighting, as once nightime came on, it was hard to find enough light to read without going into the kitchen or dining room. Thank you Mojo Investment Group, you were easy to work with and we loved the house!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for your gracious review. We appreciate your feedback and will supplement the lighting in the living room as you suggested. Cheers, Sandra

Our stay was great in every sense of the word. Would not change anything major. If I did changed anything the pool cleaning system does make it a little hard sometimes to enjoy the pool but we needed to really look hard to find something negative. Got hot in Tucson by the time we arrived, but the "Retreat at Copper Mountain" is well designed to handle the heat. Not to mention the inviting pool and patio. Great amenities for our party of six. We were in-and-out in support for the wedding over the four nights we were able to stay. Would love to come back. Laura, the owner, was most helpful and as other reviews have stated; everything was in the home. So, of course a rain storm blew in about the time of the wedding; we thought Laura must have an umbrella somewhere because she thought of everything else. Sure enough, we found a large golf umbrella that saved the bride's beautiful dress as she walked in the rain from the dressing area to the chapel. This was not our first stay in a "VRBO"; but absolutely the best; don't pass this house up.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the house for our daughter's graduation weekend. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us with room to spare. The house was beautiful - the pictures here don't do it justice. The views from the back patio were just breathtaking and we spent almost all our relaxing time on the huge comfortable patio. The kitchen contained anything and everything you could need for entertaining and cooking. It was nice that there were many items available such as spices and even a few waters in the fridge. The pool is huge and the hot tub was just wonderful. I spent many hours in there. The house was clean and well maintained and we had no issues whatsover. The house "manual" contained clear instructions on how to operate everything in the house even down to the TV remotes and master bath shower. There is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking in the wonderful kitchen.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Retreat at Copper Mountain was just perfect for 7 women who were gathering for our annual get-together. The owner, Sandra, had the home ready for us with such ameneties as wine, popcorn, peanuts, beer, water, and pretzels. That was an extra bonus....thank you. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained. We toured the area each day and always loved coming back to the house for wine and appetizers and to watch the sun set. Would recommend this property to everyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Five doctors stayed in this house for a conference. The property was so much more than even expected. THe house is more beautiful and luxurious in person. They provided us with every amenity possible and treated us with a basket full of supplies and a fridge full of drinks. We overall found this to be our best travel experience for work and we all wished we owned a house as nice as this.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The resort at copper mountain is an amazing home with everything you need to relax. The home is spacious and well equiped. The beds are so comfortable and the master bathroom is to die for. Dual shower heads with body jets in the master shower. Never used the jacuzzi tub but it looked great. The kitchen is one that I wished at had at my own home. We spent most of our time on the patio and poolside. It is very quiet at the home, very few cars going by and it is very private but a great view of the mountains. No neighbors peeking into the pool area. We love to run and found a great bike/running path that goes for miles near by, although you have to go early to beat the heat. Restaurants and shopping are near by and very easy to get to. We will be back again for more sunshine at the resort at the mountain.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
