We enjoyed our stay at Gardner's Eden. Literally 20 feet from Seaside proper and a short 2 minute bike ride to town center. Very close to Publix for shopping and easy beach access. Master up was a nice find, especially for parents who have teenagers who want to stay up later than they do!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Gardner's Eden was exactly as described in the listing. There were 2 adults and 4 college girls and the accomodations were perfect for us. The large kitchen and dining room provided plenty of space for everyone, although most preferred to eat on the front porch. The master upstairs afforded us the opportunity to slip off to bed as the girls continued to relax and enjoy the downstairs. Convenient to downtown Seaside and the beach and a short walk to Watercolor. Perfect location in a secluded spot. You will really enjoy Gardner's Eden.

This was our second summer beach vacation at Gardner's Eden! This house is amazing and feels like a "home away from home"! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Close to the beach and Seaside! Perfect for our family of four, plus two friends for our teenage girls! Thank you so much! Owner are great to work with, too! Very accommodating!

This property is one of the best values in the Seaside area. The house has a spacious floor plan (easily accommodated our family of six) and is well maintained, furnished and managed. The "crows nest" is an amazing spot to watch the sun come up, go down or enjoy the stars. While not in Seaside proper, it does sit just one block from Seaside and is a short walk to the beach access. Big Fish bike rentals and Burke's Beach Rental (chairs/umbrellas) helped make the trip easy and fun. Overall, a great experience and memories for the kids.

What a wonderful house Gardeners Eden is! Fabulous front porch with a swing, a hammock on the second floor, and the third floor has views that go on forever of the ocean! Tons of storage space and sleeping arrangements were perfect too! The location was PERFECT easy to get to the beach, one street over from Seaside and bike ride to the Publix! We had a wonderful time and will be staying again next year!

Gardner's Eden was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! This home was perfect for our girl's getaway weekend and bachelorette party. We all wanted somewhere low key where we could relax and just not worry about a thing and this place was it! The location of this house is absolutely perfect since it is only steps from the beach as well as from the center of town where there are restaurants and bars, shopping and more which was great because you can just walk everywhere and not have to worry with loading everyone in the car. The house is so pretty and spacious!! I will definitely be coming back to stay here with my family. The owner was also very helpful and easy to work with! I cannot say one negative thing about Gardner's Eden!! Such a wonderful place!

Spring Break - 2011

The description of this property was quite accurate - the home was actually larger and more comfortable than mentioned. Had a great front porch, side porch, master bedroom deck, and crow's nest with great views. Master bedroom is up, and is quite private. We had a party of 5 and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and everyone was very comfortable. Only 4 homes away from the beach and 9 homes away from Seaside's main town square, the location was very convenient as we could get to everything by foot. Set on a private side-street, it was quiet, yet at the same time, less than a 5 minute walk to the activities. Publix was less than a 3 minute drive up the street. We would rent Gardner's Eden again. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Gardner's Eden provided the perfect retreat for our annual family vacation to Seaside, Florida. We have been visiting the area since 1998 and have enjoyed a variety of properties both in Seaside and the surrounding communities. The location of this home was convenient and a short walk to everything that we love to do in Seaside. The floor plan was perfect for our needs. The two downstairs bedrooms each had their own bath. The upstairs master was very spacious. The views from the third story balcony were breathtaking. We will look forward to staying in Gardener's Eden in the future.

This is a beautiful home just one block from Seaside. Prior to staying at Gardner's Eden, we had always stayed in Seaside. This location is just perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Our two teen-aged daughters each brought a friend. It was great that the downstairs bedrooms each had two twin beds and their own bath! The upstairs master was beautiful and spacious. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful and comfortable home. In addition, the owner was very easy to work with and accommodating. We definitely look forward to staying at Gardner's Eden again!

The location was ideal for our retreat. We were looking for a place centrally located to several golf courses, but away from the hustle and bustle. The house was clean, and had all of the amenities we were looking for. We will definitely be going back.....

Our family recently vacationed in Seaside, FL at the Garden of Eden and absolutely loved it!!! The home was beautifully decorated and VERY spacious...the pictures on the website don't do it justice!! We loved the family atmosphere in Seaside and the privacy of the beaches. We will never stay anywhere else!! My husband and I enjoyed our weeklong stay at gardner's Eden. The location is perfect for walking everywhere from the beach to seaside for dinner or shopping. The birds nest has a lovely view, and we enjoyed watching the sunset while sipping cocktails. We will definitely be back again!

Garnder's Eden was the perfect place for our family to stay for Memorial Day weekend. It is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to downtown Seaside for access to all of the restaurants and stores. The view from the Crow's Nest is amazing at sunset! I would describe it as a quiet retreat and a perfect distance from the bustle of Seaside. Our family will definitley look forward to staying at Garnder's Eden again!
