Welcome to The Log Cabin at Mabel Lake.
Situated hillside, the log cabin is a unique property surrounded by majestic tall cedars with views of the valley and lake. It is one of the original properties built in the Mabel Ridge Estates development, conveniently located adjacent to the Mabel Lake Resort and Airpark. It has been updated with modern amenities while preserving the rustic charm of the log cabin. It boasts an updated kitchen, bathroom and all new appliances including wide plank hardwood floors throughout.
Features
- The 800 square foot cabin comfortably sleeps four, ideally suited for a couple or a family with a queen bed in the master and a double double bunk in the 2nd room.
- A small child's bed and/or playpen are available on request.
- Each room has ceiling fans and a portable air conditioner is also available for use.
- The exterior is complemented by a recently built expansive 500 square foot cedar deck perfect for BBQ'ing, dinners and lounging in the sun, shade or evenings.
- A level front yard area is an excellent play area for adults and kids alike. Wood is available for campfires outside or for use in the wood stove in the cooler months of the year.
The cabin is ideally situated with a short 10 minute walk to the beach, store or Mabel Lake Resort area. The Mabel Lake Resort features an impressive 9-hole golf course available for public use. There are also many trails for walking, hiking, mountain biking or exploring around the golf course, resort area and greater North Okanagan area. A private golf cart can be rented weekly for an additional charge.
