This is a great property to enjoy a summer vacation with the family. Previously situated in the campground back in the day, this house has all the charm of a gingerbread cottage but is located in the Copeland District. Recently renovated, this house has a fully stocked kitchen and refurnished hardwood floors throughout. All 4 bedrooms are decorated to maintain the cottage character. Bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed and bath, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. The covered porch is a great place to unwind in the afternoon or just hang out for the evening.
The location is perfect. A 2 minute walk to town beaches and bike path, this house is also located across from Waban Park as well as tennis courts and a playground. Lastly, Oak Bluffs center is only a few blocks away to enjoy great shopping, restaurants or nightlife.

Great location especially for taking the children to the park that was close by, and the beach in walking distance, great resturants, of course, great ice cream shops. The town bus stopped right in front of the the house, if you flagged it down. Other family members were delighted with the house layout and the front porch where we gathered in the evening. All the comforts of home! Make your plans early if you intend to take your car over on the boat, since it is Saturday-Saturday rental - no standby alterations on Saturday/Sunday just if a space becomes available! Have fun!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
