Why "Walk to the beach" when you can stay right on the beach in this 1,300 square foot, three bedroom, two bath, resort condominium with 9 foot ceilings.
In addition, this professionally decorated 5th floor unit has a private 10 x 20(200 square foot) tiled balcony offering a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, never ending beach and the building's large pool below.
The floor plan includes a very private master suite with a king-sized bed and private bath. Large sliding glass doors covering the beachside wall allow you to step out to the balcony from your bedroom.
The second bedroom has two double beds(your family will love this), and the third bedroom has one queen bed. There is a sofa bed just in case you need it. All bedrooms are fully carpeted and have large sliding mirrored door closets covering one wall.
The living room beachside wall is all glass with a sliding door for trips to the balcony. The balcony has a large table and chairs in case you want to picnic and people watch. The formal dining area has floor-to ceiling mirrors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a working island. The unit is tiled throughout except for the carpeted bedrooms.
For the media conscious, there is a TV and DVD player in the living room and TVs in all bedrooms. And what's really important, free high-speed wireless internet, so bring your laptop.
The unit will have been professionally cleaned before you arrive, with all the linens and towels you need for you stay. Beds are made and ready for you to slip into after a long drive. A full sized washer and dryer means you won't have to take home dirty clothes.
This is a gorgeous facility with two elevators and tropical landscaping to rival any Caribbean complex. On the beach but away from traffic, insures the sounds of surf breaking and not automobile noise. Onsite security maintains your privacy.
For water fun, your family has the choice of orange beach's famous sugar white sands and surf, a huge walk-in swimming pool, separate kiddy pool, and an indoor swimming pool with hot tub.
If you have been eating out too much, we have a great exercise room to burn off a few calories. And if you really want to burn a few we have a lighted tennis court with a basketball hoop at one end.
For the enjoyment of all our our guess, this is a non smoking, no pets allowed in unit.
Over the years we have stayed in beach front hotels, motels, and condos all along the east coast and around Florida. When it was time for us to buy a condominium, we chose orange beach because it offered all the amenities without all the noise, traffic and negatives of a large resort area.
If you are looking for a family oriented vacation spot this is it. And if you select orange beach we hope you will choose our condo for your stay.
