Our three bedroom Ocean Loft front offers a very coozy and stylish island living opportunity. This place is a great living place with large terraces with astonishing sunset sea views. The construction is new and made of a local hard wood with a very attractive natural finish, all is new and modern in the place and it is very comfortable.
The apartment features three separate bedrooms, including the masterbedroom with a king size bed a safety box an open complete bathroom, another bedroom with one Queen size bed and one single bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, the master bedroom comes with its own open bathroom and there is another full bathroom witn a guest toilet; the open living room has a flat screen tv, a confortable couch and a modern dinning table. The eat-in kitchen is large and has stool bars and stainless steel appliances, including a filterd water sistem that delivered safe water to the sink and to the ice maker. There is another large open living space with additional sittings and an incredible views. This living space is connected to a large terrace with hammocks over the water and sea views, all with design furniture.
The common terrace of the buiding is equipped with a swimming platform and gave you direct acess to the water, it is great for an afternoon swim. Also boat can drop you there and pick you up directly from your Bocas place.

Should you need more space (or less) we have other properties at a lower rate (one sea front studio and one sea front onebedroom apartmnet to rent at the same location). These are available all year round.
The apartment is conveniently located right over the water and near the center of the town.
This location is close to everything but in a calm area of the town. Once you are in the place it is very easy to forget that you are in town. There is the best fine grocery store in town at less than 50 feet, all the boat operators and restaurants are right there too.
All is at a walking distance. The loft is completely furnished and fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware, TV and high speed internet). The building is secured with an electronic alarm system against fire and robbery.

I have been attracted by Bocas and this incredible location with great sea view and beautiful sunset. It took me many years to build this property of which I am very proud, as it is a very unique place in Bocas.
