Our Two Bedroom Oceanfront Loft offers a very stylish island living opportunity. This place is a great living and entertainment place with large open spaces, and incredible terraces with astonishing sunset sea views. The construction is new and made of a local hard wood with a very attractive natural finish, all is new and modern in the place and it is very comfortable.
The loft features: two separate bedrooms, including a 1 master bedroom with king size bed and open bathroom with extra large bath tub; a large eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances equipped with safe drinking water, including the ice maker of the fridge; two large open living spaces including dinning area, sitting area with a flat screen TV and other sitting areas facing the water and connecting to an oversized terrace over the water with hammocks and sea views, all with design furniture.
The apartment is conveniently located right over the water and near the center of the town. Shall you need more space we have other properties (sea front studio and apartments) to rent at the same location. This location is close to everything but in a calm area of the town. There is a fine grocery store at less than 50 feet, all the boat operators and restaurants are right there too.
All is at a walking distance. The nice thing is that it is easy to forget that you are in town when you are looking from your terrace to the sea. The loft is completely furnished and fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware, TV and high speed internet). The building is secured with a night watchman when the owner is not present.
