This is a very popular vacation home for many reasons and gets booked early.
It is 2,500 square feet and includes a private hot tub, grill, multiple decks and outstanding views.Wifi internet available free. Outdoor swimming pool available to guests.
Living Room:- Open plan living area with new large comfortable sofas, cozy gas fireplace, LCD TV, surround sound system, dvd, cable TV, iPod dock. All suited to those relaxing nights after a hard day in the mountains. Door opening out to the deck with grill, some seating with great views.
Kitchen:- Fully equipped, new granite work surfaces, new appliances, French Fridge/Freezer which includes chilled water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffee maker.
Dining:- Dining table seats 8 comfortably (possible to seat more) with 4 extras seats at the kitchen/breakfast bar.
Lobby/entrance hall, bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 1 (Top Floor) Sleeps 4 - x1 queen bed and x1 queen sleeper, this room is a great to be used as a possible playroom for kids it has a TV/DVD player and table with four chairs for board games.
Bedroom 2 (The Den) Sleeps 2 (twin beds (can sleep 3 has additional pull out bed) , LCD TV, en suite bathroom with new granite tops, tiled bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
Master Bedroom Sleeps 2 King Bed (can sleep 4 has queen sleeper), LCD TV, door leading out to balcony, great views. Luxurious en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double sink. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and seating area.

My family stayed in this home in August, 2012 for 7 days and our experience was perfect. The home is in great shape, large, convenient to all and is in quiet neighborhood. My large family - four grown children, two grandchildren and myself all had comfortable beds in lovely bedrooms. The home is nicely decorated and perfectly comfortable for all ages. The kitchen is completely furnished with pots, pans, dishes, and everything you need to cook complete meals. We had the opportunity to use the neighborhood pool and hot tub and it was just a short ride down the mountain. Bring your own toys for the children as this will make it even more fun. One of the best parts of the location was the fact that there are very few homes in the development so the little ones can play outside without the risk of cars. Overall, I would give this home the highest rating. It also should be said how pleasant the owners are. We had quite a few emails back and forth with questions and they were promptly answered. Overall, I would give this home the highest possible rating both for cleanliness, comfort and accessibility to all Breckinridge has to offer.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We were expecting this place to be nice when we booked it but were blown away when we arrived. This place is incredibly nice and accommodated the 12 of us easily. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I have a group. Pros: personal hot tub, right on bus route, very close to Snowflake lift and Charter Sports for rentals, large, comfortable beds, plenty of full bathrooms for a group.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We stayed the week of New Years. 2 families with 5 boys between us. There was plenty of sleeping space and room to spread out. The hot tub is on the ground level off a bedroom so it isn't an ideal location as you have to go through someone's room to get there. Location is super, steps to shuttle and just a short walk to the Snowflake lift. If you rent your equipment at Charter Sports by the lift, you can store it there. Practically ski in/out! The garage is tight, rental Suburban barely fit, and I mean barely! Also, the townhouse is totally vertical, you walk in on th ekitchen level and there's one bedroom up, 2 below the main level and 2 on the very bottom. 4 floors total. There are no games or movies so bring your own. Beds are comfortable and the showers were hot. There were no issues with the dryer as a previous reviewer mentioned. Kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you need.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We found this property well suited our needs it was clean and well equipped and maintained. The location was great for the Beaver Run (easy by bus, but also walkable) and also down to the snowflake lift and ski rental). In fact we liked it so much we have already booked for next year. We have found the owners to be very helpful and pleasant.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The accommodations were fantastic! The unit was clean, welcoming, spacious, & exceeded my expectations. This townhome was everything that we expected and more. It was very clean. It provided all the room we needed for 8 couples and plenty of privacy,too. It is located just up the street from snowflake lift and also from blue sky ski rental which is very convenient. A true ski in/ski out. It is also right across the street from the bus stop and saves lots of walking!! We had no trouble contacting the owners with any questions and they were extremely accomodating. This is a great place to stay, especially with a large group. Would highly recommend!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We came up to the area for a footrace at Copper Mountain (just a few miles away), and were so pleased to be able to house a whole herd of runners in such luxury! After running up the mountain, the hot tub was especially fantastic for aching muscles. It was great fun to have the whole gang in one location, instead of spread all over some hotel. I realize that winter is amazing in the Colorado mountains, but don't forget all the fun things going on in the area in the summer as well!Owner response: We were very pleased to accommodate this party as it is always a privilege to encourage summer as well as winter sports events. Thank you Mike for your kind attention and excellent vacation we had this past week. Your place seems the one to consider for any future visit to Breck. Location of house is perfect just 2 minutes walking distance from ski rentals & storage place; which is located 20 steps from the lift. Charter Sports as suggested by you was amazing in service and attention. This was by far the most nice and "easy" ski vacation we have ever had. The house was inmmaculate and perfect to fit our family and couple of invated friends. Keep the good work going; it pays back. See ya next week.
