I had the chance to travel all over the world. I was lucky enough to see the most remote corners of the planet - each trip I came home with a little something to remember the places I have visited - I met a lot of people in my journeys and now I enjoy the peaceful life of Monteripoli .
Why the Owner Chose Tivoli
This house is where my family and I grew up - It is a fantastic place to be with children and among friends .
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The absence of sounds, the bush surrounding the property and the most amazing sunsets overlooking the Roman country side always give me great emotions! The fact that Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este, two of the most visited Italian monuments, are just a few miles away makes it just more attractive.

Dear Nicola, We hadnt been in Italy before last summer. How could we have chosen a better place to stay? We wanted to rest, to enjoy the sun and the pool but also wanted to visit Rome. Villa Chui has everthing we were looking for. Your house is very comfortable. Besides, Palma and Umberto are so welcoming. We really felt at home. You kept every promise. I can tell you that's a journey we will never forget. Thank you for making our italian dream come true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yohan

Ciao Nicola, It’s been a year since being in Italy and I’m still longing to return. Life just flashes by so quickly… I wouldn’t want to bore anyone talking of my day to day activities but more so wanted to reach out to you and your family to say, “Hello.” One day I will return to the villa, part of my heart lives for the villa. Visiting Italy had such a huge effect on me. When I was on that holiday I brought music along so whenever I listen to that music I smell the crisp cool September air from the villa and I can close my eyes and see Tivoli and Villa Adriana from the vantage point of the balcony. I love to cook and I’ve found a program on TV which features a chef named David Rocco, in Firenze. I don’t want to sound behind the times but this was a rather new discovery to me but you might be rather familiar with who he is? I really enjoy seeing the program because I get to see all the things that I remember but there is so much yet for me to explore. Again, grazie, to you and your family for opening your doors to me and my family. Ciao arrivederci ____________________________

Where does one begin to describe the beauty of Villa Chui? The location alone is breathtaking. Set high above the hills of Tivoli, the view is amazing. Hadrian's Villa directly below with Rome in the distance. Beautiful sunsets every night while dining out on the terrace. The pool was a wonderful respite to come back to after a day of touring. It was very large, clean and beautiful. It was also a wonderful place to relax for the day if you didn't feel like going out. The villa itself was large, and even though we were only a family of four, it could easily accomodate many more people. It was very clean and was exactly the way it is depicted on the website. The grounds were impeccably kept thanks to the caretaker on site as well as the maid who made sure that the interior was always spotless. The meals that were made for us were delicious and abundant. Last but not least, our host Nicola, the villa's owner, was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful in every respect. Showing us where to shop in town and also in recommending what towns we should visit that were close by. He was always just a phone call away for providing whatever it was we needed. We could not speak more highly of him. We would highly recommend the Villa Chui. It is guaranteed to be a memorable experience. We certainly would love to go back again one day.

We are still dreaming about our family vacation at Villa Chui, even after several months of our departure! The house is fabulous, with incredible views of Rome. The house is immaculately kept and decorated, with very spacious rooms for an entire extended family or group of friends to gather. The home is equipped with all of the modern conveniences (screens for every window!). The home provides incredible views of Rome in the distance, we could even see St. Peter's Basilica on a clear day. The main floor plan flows nicely outside to a very large stone patio that overlooks Rome. We often gathered on this patio to eat our lunch and prosciutto and wine before dinner. The patio also has an amazing view of the sun setting over Rome. Trust me, you will watch the sunset from this patio on your 1st night and you will make sure you are back at Villa Chui every evening before dark to witness this spectacular event. We watched the sunset from this patio every night, that is, when we weren't watching the sunset from the fabulous outdoor lighted pool about 12 steps above the patio. Most of the bedrooms are on the second floor, along with multiple bathrooms that provide much privacy for your group. Villa Chui is located about 5 minutes from a commuter train and in approx. 45 minutes you can be at the steps of ancient Rome. You will definitely look forward to your return to Villa Chui at the end of the day for a dip in the pool and the amazing sunset. The owners of Villa Chui are the most charming and gracious people that you will ever meet! Nicola made us feel like old friends from the first moment that we met; he showed us around the local area, he took us shopping and we met his parents and sister's family for coffee - he even gave us a night-tour of the area on our last night in Rome - Nicola is a truly delightful and charming host! The owners checked-in on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, and they provided extremely valuable guidance of the area during our stay. We will remember Nicola and his family with equal fondness of the incredible insights of Rome. We are extremely thankful to them for their hospitality and we look forward to seeing our new Italian friends in the future! The caretakers on the property were very helpful and they were available to take us into town for groceries or a restaurant or to assist us with local merchants if we needed an interpreter. If you want to live like Italian royalty, then this is your villa!

This villa and the hospitality we received was excellent in everyway. It was the best villa that we have stayed in and this is throughout the world.Nicola was charming and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was superb and the website did not do it justice! In reality it was far better! It was living in someone's home with all family photos antiques beautiful furniture grand piano and luxurious surroundings. All the facilities were as described and more so. The villa and outside areas were beautifully and carefully kept with the highest standards of cleanliness throughout., The kitchen facilities were excellent with plenty of everything. Umberto and Parma were only too willing to help in everyway and they made our stay very comfortable. The wine cellar was very well stockedwhich it needed to be for the eight of us Mrs Pascucci(Nicola's mum) made lovely Italian cakes which went well with both our coffees and liquers. It was a wonderful experience and thank you.We would love to return sometime

The only thing more charming than Villa Chui itself was the owner, Nicola. We were a group of 11 adults (related) and stayed a week a Villa Chui. The property is absolutely stunning and very comfortable. We never felt crowded with the six bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There was plenty of space and privacy, and we were able to enjoy each other’s company at the large dining table with delicious meals prepared by the wonderful caretakers Palma and Umberto. Nicola and his family went out their way to make us feel welcome, and he was in touch throughout the week to help us find tour guides, suggest things to do, or anything else we might need. One evening we returned to find a delicious lasagna prepared by his Mother; on another an out-of-this world tiramisu. You will need a car at this property – it is located at the top of a hill near Tivoli – spectacular views! We took the train into Rome a few days, and on others drove to Florence and Assisi. Don’t miss nearby attractions Villa d’Este and Hadrian’s Villa (which you can see from Villa Chui!). Our only regret is that we were not there for a two-week stay. I dream of returning here, and recommend this property highly. Thank you Nicola and family for sharing your beautiful home!

Our recent trip to Italy was an absolutely incredible and memorable experience. While we had been to Italy before, this trip was a dream come true, in part because of beautiful Villa Chui. The accommodations were luxurious and the scenery breathtaking. We were conflicted with the choice of staying inside the villa with its warmth and charm or relaxing outside viewing Tivoli far below. We took advantage of the location to tour nearby Villa d’Este and Rome. We were able to save on room accommodations in the Rome by taking the direct train from Tivoli station to the city. After a day in Rome, we returned to Villa Chui with the feeling of being home. The villa is spacious and modern and private. We utilized the open kitchen to cook dinner a few evenings. All of the ingredients and wine were purchased at local grocery stores. The owners and staff that is onsite are involved and caring. They tended to our every need during the three-week stay by our party. We could not give Villa Chui a higher recommendation for anyone planning to visit Italy for the first time or a repeat visit.

We found the house luxurious and its hillside location spectacular. We took the train into Rome almost daily -- about an hour's trip unless you catch the 8 a.m. express -- with help from the housekeeping staff, local taxis or the #6 Tivoli bus that connects the town with the hospital a short walk downhill. Our host and the housekeepers were very friendly and always helpful.

Spectacular! You will not be disappointed. I cannot think of a better place to rent in all of Italy. It is close enough to Rome (by train or car) that you can take in all the sites, yet far enough away to feel relaxed. The location on the top of the mountain allows for beautiful views and an abundant amount of privacy. The town of Tivoli (10 minutes by car) is charming and has some wonderful sites of it's own. Villa Adriana is a must see, while Villa Gregoriana and Villa D'Este are worth your time as well. The staff at Villa Chui are very nice people and willing to help make sure your stay is a very pleasant one. I cannot say enough about the owner's; absolutely gracious. The villa itself, is fantastic. It has a large kitchen as well as large primary rooms. Sitting on the terraces is an extraordinary experience as you watch the sun go down over Rome. I certainly could spent alot more time at Villa Chui!!! Grazie to the Pascucci's for such a memorable six weeks.

Best holiday property I ever rented. Paolo66 Amsterdam, Netherlands Review Submitted: March 25, 2010 Date of Stay: July 2009 We spent a very relaxing week holiday here with three couples and children. The location of the house and views are just incredible. The separate shallow area of the pool makes it perfect for small children. The house has a lot of character and all the room and amenities one needs. Very friendly owner/host and caretakers who will make an extra effort to ensure your stay will be perfect. I will definetly be coming back here. Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
