The house was perfect and 12 of us totally enjoyed our stay during Christmas Week. There was plenty of room for all and the Guest House was great for the 20 year olds. Great backyard and pool area. The only problem we have is in trying to get our security deposit back. It has now been almost two months -- owners will not respond to numerous emails nor return phone calls. Due to this I would not recommend this property unless you pay the security deposit by credit card.

Beautiful house & property. It is better than the pictures show. Holds large group with no problem. Owners' communications were great until they received all our payments. At that point communications became sporadic. We were never sent the keys to enter the property as outlined in the contract, then were provided incorrect codes to gain entrance & had to figure it out ourselves because they refused to answer their phone. We pre-paid for a week's worth of pool heating & the pool heater broke on Day 2 (plus we cleaned the pool daily ourselves). We stopped a potential flood from happening upstairs in the cabana due to faulty equipment and we are STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT 2 MONTHS LATER. We left the property in better condition than we found it. All we asked for was the return of our refundable security deposit, which is contractually due back to us, yet the owners refuse to return any forms of communication.

The house was beautiful and enjoyed ourselves but when you pay that much in a deposit and don't get anything back it makes it hard to even remember how much fun you had at the property. Once their payment was received they were almost impossible to get a hold of and the entry code to the house was incorrect and had to continue to call over and over before we got a response. Sat outside waiting for them to call us back for a good two hours. Left the place in great condition and returned keys promptly and still no deposit.

The house and property was beautiful and far exceeded the expectations for a dream wedding setting for a small party. Unfortunately it has been over 2 1/2 months since leaving the property and the security deposit nor any response from the owners have been received. We have called multiple times and left several emails. All of the provisions were met in regards to the return of the deposit and not to mention the place was left in far better condition than when we arrived. For example, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the pool guy never came resulting in us having to skim it ourselves. The level of professionalism and communication drastically changed after payment was received. I would highly recommend not renting this property unless your security deposit is indispensible income.

I cannot express how greatful and thankful I am for having such a beautiful location for our wedding. It was beautiful and not to mention convenient being able to have our ceremony there, our reception there, and our honeymoon there. This estate was more than I hoped for. I know anybody who decides to stay here will feel the same. THANK YOU SANDIE AND BRENT!!!!

The house worked out very well for our wedding. The landlord was quite friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone as it exceeded our expectations in every way and was a great value. Big thank you to Sandie! We would like to stay here again for our anniversary!

we were there for a trade show and there were 7 of us and we all had enough room and it was lovely. i would totally recommend it. you can bbq outside the pool is great. Kitchen is spectacular.

WE HAD OUR WEDDING AND RECEPTION WITH ABOUT 85 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. THE HOME WAS PERFECT, PLENTY OF ROOMS AND BATHROOMS. EVERY ROOM IN THIS HOUSE IS DECORATED PERFECTLY. THE GROUNDS ARE INCREDIBLE. OUR PICTURES ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. BRENT AND SANDIE WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND HELPFUL, AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS PROMPTLY. ALL OF OUR GUESTS HAD NOTHING BUT KIND AND GRACIOUS WORDS TO SAY ABOUT THE HOME AND PROPERTY. THEY SAID WE COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER DECISION ON OUR LOCATION. Clean, Modern & Comfortable

This house is very serene and comfortable. The location is quiet but still has shopping nearby. The place is maintained like new, it's nicely furnished, has large rooms, and everything on the property is pleasant to the eye. All six bedrooms are well suited for sleeping...there are no hide-a-bed in a closet situations. I was especially happy with how immaculate the property was...it doesn't take much dirt to ruin a place for me. Everyone could really relax here. We were very happy with this house and recommend it, especially as an alternative to getting a bunch of hotel rooms for a large group.

I traveled to Las Vegas with my two toddlers, husband, parents, inlaws and sister-in-law. This place was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom with private bath; the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed -- and in great condition; it was clean; the grounds were fabulous; the decor warm and welcoming; and the location excellent. It was a short drive to the strip, but the gated property made it feel like it was hundreds of miles away. There's a beautiful park a block away that was a great place to take the boys. The pictures on this site are amazing, but they don't even do this place justice. I would recommend this rental based on the owners (great communicators and very accommodating), the location and the house itself. Beautiful!

We had our dream wedding in this house! It was absolutely perfect for our big day. The ceremony was held in the backyard with approximately 70 guest in attendance. After the ceremony the table were set up in the lawn while guest had cocktail hour. Unfortunately, it started to rain. All the tables were moved inside. There was still room to fit 6 or seven big round tables downstairs very comfortably. Sandie was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process, from the time we initially looked at the house and even now afterwards wrapping up loose ends. This house provided the most amazing setting for our wedding at the best value. We highly recommend it for your big day!

For my 30th birthday, I decided there was no better way to bring in 30 but in Vagas! Me and 15 of my friends decided that renting a house would be a great way to experience Vegas. When we arrived at the house, we were amazed at it's beauty and size. The photos did not do it justice! It was like walking into a palace; it was clean, spacious, and luxurious!!! It was a very short drive to the Strip. The house was stocked with all of your everyday needs (towels, pots, pans, silverware, washing machine, etc...) The guest house was gorgeous and very private. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing! The owner of the house were always available via telephone if I had any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Vegas with comfort, style, and class. This house gets an A+!!!

For our wedding we rented this gorgeous and spacious house for our parents and a few friends from out of town to stay at. We also had our small garden reception there as well. Our guests were more than impressed with the house! It is elegantly furnished. We did our own catering and found the kitchen to be perfect for our needs. Brent and Sandy were very accommodating and easy to work with. They both responded quickly to our inquiries and were always accessible. This house is perfect for small events, family getaways, business travelers, etc.

AWESOME! The home is GORGEOUS and the grounds provided the perfect setting for our wedding ceremony & reception. We had numerous family members stay with us and everyone was very comfortable and all had plenty of privacy. Brent & Sandie (Owners) could not have been nicer and accommodating. Money well spent!
