This villa has an open design to the living room, kitchen and eating area. It was TOTALLY renovated in 2009 (floors, ceilings, windows, doors and walls) and redecorated (all new furniture, wood floors, ceramic tile (Bath), Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter Tops, electronics, appliances, Washer, Dryer, wall hangings and paintings, with all new plumbing fixtures including stool and Glass Enclosed Shower. It even has a make-up vanity. It has a contemporary ocean cottage feel, with an excellent view of the ocean and heated pool. Sleeping accommodations include a Master Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.
Our Villa is located on an elevated first floor and provides Beautiful and Unobstructed Straight On Views overlooking the pool and onto the beach and ocean. It is located in the center of the Breakers "Horse Shoe" so you can share in all the excitement that this complex has to offer! AND ... You are literally a two (2) minute walk to the beach!
The Breakers complex is comprised of 120 separate units in a three story-building complex. Located on the first floor, there is no hassle of walking up flights of stairs. This Villa is perfectly situated to take advantage of true oceanfront living! There is also an impeccably maintained oceanfront pool PLUS a Kiddies pool just a few steps away. All surrounded by a large sun deck area with lounge chairs provided.
Breakers is located in the popular Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza, famous for it's over 60 shops and restaurants is located immediately across the street. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away.
This unit is a non-smoking Villa with no pets allowed. 30% Deposit plus refundable security (1st time guests only) required to reserve. Must be occupied by an Adult 25 years or older. All Rates include cleaning services. 11% South Carolina tax additional.

We absolutely love the Breakers. The condo is very updated, clean and spacious. There was no "guessing" by looking at the pictures posted on line. The website gave great and accurate detail. The area is great and so close to everything, including the beach. You can really go days without ever getting in your car! Everything you could possibly need can be found across the street at Coligny Plaza. Not only is the condo and area great, but the personal service we receive from the owner is also top notch. If you are looking for a great room in a great area, I highly recommend the Breakers. The location and the personal service is what keeps us coming back year after year.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

I had the privilege of renting this unit for two consecutive months, February and March of 2011. I found it was the "perfect space", very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The unit has a gorgeous pool/oceanfront view, location is everything, close to anything you want to see or do on the island. Being a single woman travelling alone, I always felt safe and secure at all times. The owners were amazing, extremely helpful, very approachable and timely on everything. I highly recommend this unit for your next vacation stay in Hilton Head. My rating AAA+
