The house was clean and look better in person. Nice outdoor deck with a gas grill with a view of the river. Has flat screen TV with HD with satellite and DVD player. Nice CD player with good sound. The house was spacious and can accomadate six people with children. Did not do outside activities because we enjoyed the house. Has everything you need, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. Has steps to go down river which is deep, so would recoomend buying floating devices to get to the outer side of the river. Should be a good swimmer to go into the water from the steps. Dogs are allowed and we bought our dog, which is a plus for dog owners. I would recommend the house to others especially if you want to bring your dog.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Excellent view of the river and forest, huge deck, access to the river. Great place to swim, kayak and just play in the water. There is some fishing too but I have not caught anything :(. Great location, within walking distance to the main village of Guerneville with bait stores, beach, kayak rentals and Safeway. As an improvement I would suggest a dock for easier canoe parking and overall access to the river and a jacuzzi outside on the deck :). But other that it's great and highly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
