Quaint but spacious "L" shaped ranch (known as "the Rhododendron House"), north of Route 6A on New Boston Road in Dennis Village, quiet historic district of Dennis, Massachusetts. Wide pine board floors all rooms. Sleeps six with two bedrooms, one full-size bed and two twins. Sofa in the living room converts to a queen-size bed. One cot also available. One bath, separate shower and tub. Very spacious secluded yard, long private driveway with plenty of trees. (Sorry, no pets). Allergen free home, no smoking indoor. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, partial week rentals not available.
Four major beaches in Cape Cod Bay less than one mile away. Water temperature in the bay mid-summer is 70-75 degrees.
Located less than 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Route 28 and Hyannis, Massachusetts, plus an abundance of additional beaches and warmer water.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Available beginning June 13, 2009. Rates vary depending which week and month.
Weeks beginning on Saturdays June 13, 20 and 27 are $1000 p/week. All weeks
beginning on Saturday July 4, 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29
are $1200. All other weeks beginning on Saturdays in September are $900,
Saturdays beginning in October are $700. The price will be reduced $50 p/week for
rentals which are two weeks or longer.
