Quaint but spacious 'L' shaped ranch (known as 'the Rhododendron House'), north of Route 6A on New Boston Road in Dennis Village, quiet historic district of Dennis, Massachusetts. Wide pine board floors all rooms. Sleeps six with two bedrooms, one full-size bed and two twins. Sofa in the living room converts to a queen-size bed. One cot also available. One bath, separate shower and tub. Very spacious secluded yard, long private driveway with plenty of trees. (Sorry, no pets). Allergen free home, no smoking indoor. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, partial week rentals not available during June through September.
Four major beaches in Cape Cod Bay less than one mile away. Water temperature in the bay mid-summer is 70-75 degrees.
Located less than 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Route 28 and Hyannis, Massachusetts, plus an abundance of additional beaches and warmer water.

I would rate this property Good to Very Good. The house and furnishings are old but clean. The rooms are a nice size and kitchen is very well equipped. . The location is very good and the beaches the best. Wine on the patio or at the beach was a great way to start every evening.We will rent this property on our next visit to Dennis.Ma.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Week beginning Saturday June 22 is $1100. Weeks beginning Saturday June 29, July, 6, 13, 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17, 24 are $1300. Week beginning Saturday August 31 is $1000.
