Balboa Island house description
My beach house is located just 6 houses from a nice sandy beach on the North bayfront of Balboa Island.
There is a nice large living room with a open beam ceiling that has a great feel. Little shutters on the windows, it just feels like a beach house should. There is a large patio in front to have barbecues. With three bedrooms and 1.5 full baths, there is room to settle in and feel comfortable. We keep the kitchen fully stocked, and provide linens.
This is a vintage beachhouse, so there is not a master suite, but a very comfortable master bedroom with a queen bed, and two other bedrooms with two sets of singles each. For a family looking for a beach house, this is the perfect place to settle in.
