We invite you to share our home away from home. Completely renovated, all new appliances, Granite counter tops throughout the house with all tile floors. Enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen with snack bar or enjoy cooking on our new gas grill out on the lanai by the pool. All three bedrooms have queen size beds and ample closet space. Master suite has it's own bathroom and large walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms share the guest bath. Feel welcome to use the small office area with computer, high speed internet, and printer.
We are situated on a quiet, friendly residential street with a view of the bay from our front door and a deep water canal out the back door. It is common to see dolphins swimming in the canal or discover Great Blue herons and the neighborhood Ibis strutting on our lawn.
Our newly renovated home is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, theatre, convenient store, medical center, marina and some of the best restaurants on the Island. Or just stay back by your own private pool, grill you freshly caught fish and enjoy that cool beverage while catching some of that good Florida sunshine! (The sun hits the pool by 9a.m and stays till dusk)
We have ready for your use, two nice bicycles, fishing poles, a good supply of games and books, big screen T.V. and all the comforts of home. Because this really is our home and not the usual rental place, it is furnished that way; also because of this we require a minimum one month rental.
