Exclusive Oceanfront Luxury Estate with Panoramic Views throughout home, this Isle of Palms, SC. It will exceed your expectations! This vacation rental by owner beach house is a 5 STAR luxury beach home located on the beach of Isle of Palms, SC in Charleston, SC.

This pristine estate has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 full bathrooms, plus 2 outdoor showers with hot/cold water in garage area) and sleeps 25 adults plus any children under 2 are not counted in the total that is allowed. It was built to exceed your expectations for an ocean front beach house with no expenses spared. Attention PARENTS: One bedroom on main floor has a baby crib and 2 twin beds- this room has a camera mounted on the wall for parents to be able to see and hear their baby or child from any room in the house that has a TV. Just go to a room w/a tv and put the TV channel on Channel 125 and ...Relax! There are plenty of beach toys, games, books, beach towels, a Game Cube for playing video games is located upstairs in the room with the 2 bunk beds.Their is mood lighting throughout the home for dimming or brightening. Also to the left of the gas fireplace you will find a stereo/dvd player which can play throughout the entire home-- you control this stereo w/a remote and a wall mount that is located near the wine glass collection in the kitchen.
Uniquely designed with tropical themes and artwork. Home caters to families with no expenses spared, this gated home has total seclusion from all the surrounding neighbors and traffic. The only views you have are the ocean, beach, and the entrance to the Charleston Harbor. An elevator makes it easy to relax as well. You will feel like you are on your own private island during your stay here.

The exterior of this home has lush landscaping with outdoor lighting, a child’s play set, water feature fountain, private basketball court, full size volleyball court, a six hole putting green, an outdoor fireplace, an infinity edge heated swimming pool (pool can be heated or made cooler) with swim around heated hot tub located in the center of the pool, with cascading waterfalls along the edge, an outdoor kitchen with sink and plenty of seating, gas grill, refrigerator and an ice maker all nicely encompassed in granite and exotic wood. You’ll find teak furniture placed throughout the shaded back deck & pool area with an overhead sundeck for full sun bathing. These back porches contain: swimming pool/hottub, teak tables & chairs an outdoor kitchen with outdoor seating for 22 people, inside dining has seating for 18, porches also have chaise lounge chairs and benches, a storage box with plenty of pool floats/toys and a few flotation devices as well. (In the den, to the left of the fireplace, you will find a cabinet with plenty of beach towels for your use.)

There is a private wooded beach walk to & from the beach with a gazebo on the walkway. Gazebo has seating for you to sit and relax and take in the breathtaking sights that surround you. On your walk back up to the house you will see a changing room which contains a his/her outdoor shower, Fine wood stall lockers, foot wash, a changing area. In this area you will also find beach toys stowed in the storage cabinets for your use and enjoyment. For those who enjoy riding bikes there are four bikes in the garage, a jogging stroller, and a few coolers. All in an effort to make your vacation rental stay perfect!

The interior of the house has state of the art electronics that include high definition flat screen plasma TVs with surround sound and wiring for music throughout the home, bedrooms, (1)subzero side-by-side refrigerator/freezer,(1)Sub-zero full size freezer, 1 Regular Fridge/freezer under house, 1/2fridge in Studio/media room at wet bar area, 1/2 fridge at outdoor kitchen,high speed internet, cable, VCR/DVD, stereo and more!

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms

Since we have children this home accommodates a family atmosphere well and is beach front. We love the panoramic views of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing as we fall asleep or wake up. We enjoy the privacy and seclusion of this home and yet it is still close enough to the restaurants & bars that we are able to walk to them.

The Unique Benefits at this Home

This home has all the luxuries that one could expect and plenty of in-home amenities. We really enjoy playing on the tournament volleyball court with our family and friends. The pool is unique in that it is a negative edge,saline pool which can be heated or cooled depending on the season. My husband enjoys grilling out on the back deck, eating out there and just relaxing and watching the surf come in.
