The Palms Estate includes sprawling outdoor spaces that boast a 52’ pool with spa, abundant seating and loungers, a small cabana with intimate seating, a large cabana with 10’ bar and disco ball, a golf putting green, 3,000 square feet of grass, a horseshoe pit, and an outdoor game room with 32” flat screen, ping-pong table, pool table, darts and 2 person video game table (with 39 old-school games!). An outdoor shower and large half-bath is easily accessible to all outdoor areas.
The Palms Estate's modern styling, chic and unexpected appointments, custom furnishings, and bright and airy interior make this luxury 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home both exciting and comfortable.
The main house has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The master and guest suites have Cal King beds, the third room has two full beds. All rooms have TV with DVD, and iPod alarm clocks. The large living room includes a 55” flat screen, incredible surround sound, iPod hook-up, HDTV & premium channels.
The dining room with antique chandelier seats 12 at a custom made 10’ table with matching children’s table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully appointed, including service for 20 for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. Premium speakers with separate volume controls are in all main rooms and guest suites.
The guest casita has 2 master suites connected to a joint living area. Both rooms have 32" flat screens and iPod alarm clocks.
All the master suites open up to the outdoor pool area. All bedrooms include plush feather beds, down comforters, and soft, high end linens. Each bathroom is beautifully remodeled and has plush towels, blow dryers, and body and hair care products.
The home also has a full laundry room and small office with computer, cable modem, fax/printer. The entire house has Wi-Fi.
