Our 1800+ sq ft, newly remodeled Condo is a few minutes from downtown McCall.
We have plenty of parking for boat and snowmobile trailers. We can help with boat or jet ski rentals in the summer or snowmobiles in the winter.
There are three private bedrooms each with a queen bed and bath. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a queen bed plus a double bed and one of the bedrooms now has a queen bed plus a set of bunkbeds. There is one fold out couch and a port-a-crib. There is a charcoal BBQ grill on the walk out deck.
All the firewood is provided for the wood stove in the living room. Private washer and dryer with ironing board and iron.
There are some board games and videos provided.
You may want to check out our 5400 sq. ft. Log Lodge/Home in the New Meadows area that is 400 feet from the snow mobile trailhead.

The four seasons give us the opportunity to ski, boat, fish, hike and anything else associated with the great outdoors without "rush hour traffic"!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is plenty of parking for play toys, etc. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Payette Lake, the marina and the new city park. We are within 20 minutes of Brundage Mountain Ski Resort and 25 minutes from the new Tamarack Ski and Golf resort. There are five golf courses and many fishing lakes and streams within minutes.
Swimming beach, picnic area, volleyball and plenty of green grass.

After 30 years in Arizona, we found this beautiful small resort town of McCall, Idaho. So we left the desert and moved here in 2001. We love the four seasons and all the recreation associated with them. We have children and grandchildren that moved here because they loved "going to grandpa's house".

We loved staying here. We had three families with little kids and loved the huge sectional couch and open space that let us all have a place to be and talk with each other whether in the kitchen, dining room or family room. The owners are very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great advice and help with all of our questions and plans for our trip. It was perfect and we hope to go back again next year!

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in McCall. We had a large family gathering and were able to sleep 12 people here comfortably. The condo has a large open family room and dinning area which made it great for getting everyone together. It was clean, well furnished and very close to downtown and the lake. The owners were easy to contact and great to work with and the price was very reasonable. It was also great to have a garage to put things in like our bikes and other recreational equipment--there was plenty of parking as well.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The 4th of July family reunion at the Dillions house was perfect! We had babies, kids, teenagers, and Grandpa who needed a downstairs master. This house was perfect. Lots of parking, walking distance to everything, private, lots of room for kids to play, ride bikes etc. The accommodations felt like home and not a rental! Thank you for such a great place. We will for sure be back!

Three of my friends and I stayed at the Dillon's condo for a couple of nights last weekend. We were looking for a fun, relaxing, much deserved "mommy time-out" and that's exactly what we got! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We all slept great and the beds were comfy. It's conveniently close to downtown McCall where we checked out all the shops and had a great meal at The Pancake House. We'll definitely be back again!

I took my son and 4 of his friends for his 12th birthday. They are still talking about how much fun they had. We enjoyed all the fun activities McCall offers during the winter months and the condo is conveniently located to everything. The place was clean, warm and very comfortable. The owners even made sure we had a nice TV so the kids could play their video games. Awesome, awesome!

What a great place! We had 2 couples with 4 kids (2-4 year olds and 2 kids under 2). The accomodations were perfect...each couple had their own master bedroom with a bathroom and plenty of room for pack n play's. The kids had a ton of room for bikes and play away from the street. The rental was really clean, had a great kitchen and was close to town and golf. Clyde and Marty bent over backwards to make it a great stay. We will definatley be back.

We stayed over the Labor Day holiday and it was great! The bedrooms were big and it was nice everyone had their own bathrooms. It was just a short walk to the Lake and Beach. Plenty of room for two cars and our boat. I would recommend this rental to anyone and will problably rent again next summer.

We stayed 4 nights. We really liked the place for cleanliness, location to activities etc. The bedrooms were spacious and with each having a private bath, thus giving more privacy for the 3 "couples" that stayed. I reccomend the place and would stay again.
