The house sits in the Villager Resort area off of Highway 90 near Burnside so access to Burnside/Somerset establishments is also very easy and convenient.
You have access to all of the amenities of the Villager Resort which include private dock, in-ground heated pool (seasonal), picnic shelter, playground, basketball, tennis and many other fun activities.
