This is a one of a kind home built over 80 years ago as a cabin on a farm at this beautiful Lake Cumberland point view. A large country wrap around deck connects with nearly every room so you can transition from the deck to your room; early morning coffee, romantic sunsets and nature at your footsteps.
The house has six bedrooms, four fireplaces, four sitting/living rooms, and an indoor Jacuzzi/hot tub that sits in a specially designed room with restrooms, a serving area/bar and handicap access. There is plenty of space for everyone to roam and enjoy this lovely and historic home; and the views are second to none.
It also is an ideal setting for family reunions, large gatherings and group meetings; as well we rent 2-3 rooms of the house to smaller groups or individual families as requested. With four fireplaces and in an indoor hot tub, this is a perfect setting for fall and winter long-weekend get-aways.
The house sits in the Villager Resort area off of Highway 90 near Burnside so access to Somerset establishments is also very easy and convenient.
You have access to all of the amenities of the Villager Resort which include private dock, in-ground heated pool, picnic shelter, playground, basketball, tennis and many other fun activities.
For parties of 8 or more, be sure and ask about our Sunset Dinner Cruises between Lake Cumberland and The Big South Fork river.
