This magnificent two and a half acre property is just a short distance from Bracebridge with Lake Muskoka's finest southern view overlooking beautiful Lake Muskoka with its Islands. A private road leads to the new constructed cottage, a two car garage and spacious level outdoor area for all kinds of outdoor games.

This architecturally designed multi level cottage features five bedrooms and four bathrooms (2 of them are en suites) on 3000 square feet.
On the upper level you find one bedroom with a queen size bed and one with two singles with outstanding view to the Lake. Both bedrooms share the bathroom on this level.

A fully equipped open concept kitchen, at the main level, leads to the dining area and two steps down to the living room with floor to sealing windows, Muskoka Stone Fireplace and sliding doors to the patio with gorgeous view on Lake Muskoka. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on this level.

The lowest level has two bedrooms; one bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is the Master Bedroom with King size bed, gas fireplace, sliding doors to the patio, and a large en suite bathroom with double sink. Enjoy yourself in the corner Jacuzzi tub with view on Lake Muskoka.

Walk down to the two slip boat dock and take a ride in the canoe or rent a power boat and enjoy Muskoka at its best. Tour all three Lakes, Muskoka Joseph and Rosseau, over 100 miles of boating. Go by boat for lunch or dinner. We will be happy to recommend any activities such as Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Water-skiing, and Wake-boarding just to mention a few.

This year round cottage is perfect for families up to 10 persons. The closeness to Bracebridge (10min by car) and being right on Lake Muskoka makes this a true memorable vacation in Muskoka.
