  • My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New York, and renting this apartment was the best decision we could have made. We had a large group, so we would have needed two hotel rooms. We saved money by renting, and the amenities provided by the Riverhouse were second to none. The concierge staff was very helpful to us throughout our stay, helping to guide us around the city as needed. The location was excellent, putting us within walking distance of two subway stations. The apartment itself was wonderful. It provided my children the opportunity to have their own space, and it truly was a home away from home. The owners were very easy to work with, and they worked with us before, during, and after our stay as needed to help make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to pricey Manhattan hotels. When we return to New York, I'll start my planning with renting this apartment again.

  • This apartment is absolutely stunning! So much space to spread out. Everything is new and contemporary. Perfect for our family of five adults. Love that the master is separated from the other two baths. All are large. Towels soft. Beds so comfortable. Concierge and doorman at your service. Exercise facilities including pool. And only three blocks from subway - very safe. Taxis always nearby. Whole Foods within walking distance plus great restaurants all within walking distance - check out Takahachi on Duane Street for sushi. Fabulous. We will be back. Oh, and the owner is extremely easy to work with. For the money, most luxurious way to stay in NYC for a large family.

  • We just stayed here last week for 4 nights and had an incredible time!! The apartment lies just across the street from the Hudson River, with unbelievable views and easy walking access just by walking out of the building. The entrance is very modern and classy, with concierges that are friendly and very helpful 24 hours a day. We felt very safe and secure here. The apartment itself was very contemporary with large bedrooms and bathrooms, offering nice views of the city. Everything we needed was in the apartment, including w/d and all the kitchen accessories needed. The kitchen, by the way, is open and modern....BEAUTIFUL!!! We will definitely be coming back to stay here and recommend this place to all of our friends and family. I will never stay in a hotel in Manhattan again after finding this place. We are so happy with everything about our stay here!!!!
