THE SNOW IS DEEP AND THE SKIING IS GREAT!! Come and enjoy your stay in a wonderful Alpine style condo! (Feels like a chalet)
Choose your suite size according to your needs! All of these gorgeous suites have new pillowtop queen beds in each bedroom, plus there are double pullout couches or double sofa sleepers. In the loft suites we have enclosed the loft area in most units to offer the privacy of a third bedroom.

All suites feature full kitchens with a breakfast bar and dining table, full bathrooms, river rock gas fireplace, private hot tub, private BBQ, roomy decks (larger suites have 2 decks), Cable TV and DVD/VCR. Suites can sleep anywhere from 2 to to 12 people maximum and are ideal for muti-family get togethers or groups of friends that want to golf, ski, or just re-connect and get some R n R!! **Please note that we also have one bedroom lockouts that are in the style of a hotel room, with fridge, microwave, small pullout and full bath and are designed for the budget minded.

Kimberley Ridge is located at the base of the ski hill within 2 minutes walking distance to the high speed quad, ski/bike rental shop, restaurant and all other amenities located at the base.

There are four regional golf courses located within close driving distance to Kimberley Ridge and it is also five minutes away from the hiking, biking and cross country ski trail of the 2000 acre Kimberley Nature Park.

Holiday Season Booking Policy
Holiday Season booking policy applies to the dates below:
• Dec 24, 2011 - January 2nd, 2012
• Feb 17th - 26th, 2012
• July 13th, 14th & 15th, 2012
All dates are inclusive.

For Holiday Season bookings, a non refundable deposit of 50% of reservation total is due upon booking. The balance is due within 7 days prior to arrival.

In the event that a Holiday Season cancellation is necessary, we will do our utmost to rebook the unit, and if successful, a refund will be granted. Otherwise we will offer a 50% credit towards a future booking, valid for one year from cancellation date.

If booking is made within 7 days of arrival, full, non refundable payment is due upon booking.

Cancellation insurance is recommended.

                        We stayed at this property from Dec. 26 to the 30th and had a wonderful time. The condo was very well maintained and had a well stocked kitchen. Our children ranged in ages 10 to 20 and all found activites in Kimberley to keep them entertained. We enjoyed toboganning, skiing, and playing hockey on the outdoor rink town. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, and relaxing in the private hot tub after a day on the ski hill was a real treat. We will be recommending this condo to our friends.                         Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
