This Tropical Cottage is close to all that San Diego has to offer. Within minutes to downtown San Diego, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay 1 mile and Beautiful Beaches just 3 miles away. The property is close to freeway access and Local Sea World and Old Town.

It has a remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and a 5 burner gas cook top. There are two patios; 1 covered lanai and a BBQ area with a fire pit. There is a shared washer and dryer. The Jacuzzi seats 8 people and is always hot. There are 2 BIKES and 2 SURFBOARDS.(If requested in advance).

The Cottage itself is approximately 1100 square feet. With a seated bar and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub. A small den area with a desk off the rear patio. This is a great cottage for family get together's.

This Cottage is in a sunny area central to all of San Diego. At times the marine layer will get thick at the beach while the east side of Mission Bay remains hot and sunny with nice coastal breezes. It has easy access to Downtown, Old Town, Beaches and attractions just minutes away!

The Unique Benefits of this Cottage

The Cottage is in a great neighborhood with local dining (fine and casual). One of the oldest Deli, Grocery stores in San Diego is just 4 blocks away. And there are a handful of family pubs within a half mile.

    • Best Value in San Diego. You can't find a 3 bedroom home for this price anywhere. Location does not get any better. You are less than 15 min to everything (less than 5 min to sea world and mission beach). Amenities are all there, modern kitchen, BBQ, hot tub, patios etc. Cool ocean breezes every evening were great. Owner is friendly and easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend this house for a family vacation spot. We'll be back next summer.

    • Team City Chase USA LOVED Paul's Tropical Cottage. Although we were in San Diego for business, our rental home for the week felt like our little getaway from the madness...like a mini-oasis. This place is a gem. Paul was very attentive to our needs and was very easy to get in touch with. Two thumbs up for sure! And one word: Jacuzzi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
