On the first level you'll find a kids area with CATV/VCR, ceiling fan, bunk room, full bath, and access to the secure and private pool and hot tub.
The second level contains the washer/dryer and 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms share a "Jack & Jill" full bath and the third bedroom has its own full bath. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto one of the decks that over look the pool and hot tub. Leave the doors opena and enjoy the fabulous beach breeze!
A few steps up will lead you to the master bedroom suite with queen bed, CATV, ceiling fan, private bath, private deck, and walk-in closet. Furniture and bedding were updated in 2008.
The top level has a large living area with new furniture, gas fireplace, CATV, DVD, stereo with CD, ceiling fan, sliding doors to large deck overlooking pool and hot tub with horizon ocean views. Kitchen/dining area with microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, and breakfast bar.
Amenities include: Private pool, hot tub, two levels of furnished decks, enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area, under house parking, dry entry, and barbecue.
