This wonderful 1500 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features an office, a large screen digital TV, very private walled back yard with many lovely plantings, extended covered patio and area for sun worshipers. Our Juniper model features additional storage in the two car garage.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs with a dining area and bay window to view the outside while you eat. A telephone for local calls and wireless internet are available for your use. The landscaping and plantings will enhance your outside enjoyment. Our bedrooms are cozy and restful with quality mattresses and everything you'll need to feel at home
When renting this home you may participate in all Sun City Grand activities with the purchase of a $125 per person activity card (card rates may change per HOA). HOA rules require a 30 day minimum rental in this 45 and older age restricted, active adult community.
The community is welcoming and willing to accept you no matter what your chosen activity... and there are so many activities, it is difficult to choose. Spa, tennis, golf, exercise classes, yoga, touring, world class entertainment, museums, professional baseball, mountain hiking, or a leisurely float on Lake Pleasant.

About the owner: We selected this home so that we could enjoy the warm weather and many amenities available within one block. We vacationed here and periodically rented to others until we retired and bought another home 8 blocks away where we now permanently reside!
