This wonderful 1500 square foot home features a large screen digital TV, very private walled back yard with many lovely plantings, extended covered patio and area for sun worshipers. Our Juniper model features additional storage in the two car garage with a golf cart available at an additional cost.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs with a dining area and bay window to view the outside while you eat. A telephone for local calls as well as internet is available for your use. The landscaping and plantings will enhance your outside enjoyment. Our bedrooms are cozy and restful with quality mattresses and everything you'll need to feel at home
When renting this home you may participate in all Sun City Grand activities with the purchase of a $100 per person activity card. HOA rules require a 30 day minimum rental in this 55 and older age restricted active adult community.
The community is welcoming and willing to accept you no matter what your chosen activity... and there are so many activities, it is difficult to choose. Spa, tennis, golf, exercise classes, yoga, touring, world class entertainment, museums, professional baseball, mountain hiking, or a leisurely float on Lake Pleasant.

We selected this home so that we could enjoy the warm weather and many amenities available within one block. During the past three years we have vacationed here and periodically rented to others. The area has brought us such enjoyment that we bought a home 8 blocks away where we now permanently reside!
