Come enjoy Midwest hospitality in a Colonial Mansion. We are located on 15 wooded acres with a 1 acre spring-fed stocked pond (24" Northern, Bass & Catfish). Just minutes from the Fox River connecting to 7 other lakes.
This 3 level house has approximately 7500 square feet with 13 rooms. Sleeps 14 - 18 comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on the upper level. On the main level there is 1 bedroom with an attached full bath, 1/2 bath, washer/dryer, large living room and formal dining room for entertaining and a large fully stocked eat-in kitchen w/ butlers pantry. Lower level rec room includes full bath w/sauna, large wet bar, pool table, air hockey, foosball & dartboard. Plus a large, indoor, in ground heated swimming pool. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the large patio complete with patio sets, lots of seating and a charcoal BBQ grill. Or entertain on the side deck at the barzebo and relax in the 10 person hot tub. Outdoor activities also include - Basketball hoop, bocce ball, horseshoes, firepit and wooden swingset/sandbox.
7% tax rate. $120 cleaning fee. Deposit required.
