Why the Owner Chose Kure Beach
Kure Beach is an easy 2 hour 15 minute drive down I-40 from Raleigh Durham airport. It's only 20 minutes from Wilmington airport. The town is the perfect combination of a sleepy little beach town with fantastic beaches and a mile down the road you have Carolina Beach which has all the bars, carnival and shops you would ever want.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Kure Rox is brand new. It was finished in the Spring of 2009 and is available for rentals. The best thing about it? Proximity to the beach. Step out your front door and stroll for about a minute and a half and you're there! Just a little bit further to the Kure Beach restaurants, shops, and Pier. There are two balconies. The one on the second floor (off the living room) has great ocean views and can seat a bunch of folks. The more intimate balcony off the Master bedroom (3rd floor) has a fantastic ocean view. There are new flat screen HDTVs in the Master and Living Room. On the bottom floor there is a garage, and a large bedroom with two bunk-beds and attached full bath. There's also a bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and Play-Station 2 + games. The second level has a large living room, dining room, kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops and a queen bedroom with attached full bath. On the top floor there are two queen bedrooms with a full bath in addition to the luxurious Master Suite (king bed). There's a big shower in the master bath with a fabulous view of the ocean. Also, a sauna tub. The private elevator services all three floors. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

We're a group of animation fans connected by an online forum, and each year we gather and have a vacation together. Kure Beach was the destination this year, and Kure Rox didn't disappoint! The ladies at Bullard Realty (the folks who handle this property) are absolute tops to work with, and kept in touch through all the months prior to our trip to make sure we were all on the same page, right up to the point of travel. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, plenty of sleeping space, and appointed splendidly. The local beaches are spectacular, and everything you need is situated really within walking distance of Kure Rox itself. The in-house elevator is a nice touch too, if you have someone who has a disability or just difficulty with stairs. If you have a group who enjoys a relaxing week at the beach, I'd recommend Kure Rox to any of you. Top notch across the board!

Spent a week - home was so clean and new --great furniture and decor. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We walked across the street to the beach, we fished on pier across the street and enjoyed the local restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. Kids loved the vacation and so did the parents! would definitely come again -
