Pinnacle Port is located on the quiet west end of the beach. It is unique in that it sits on a peninsula with the Gulf of Mexico to the front and an 800 acre lake to the rear. Our resort sits on over 17 acres which borders a wildlife preserve. We have a boat ramp and docking areas on-site. We are a very friendly family resort where it is safe for your kids to enjoy the property.

Year Purchased: 1997
Mike and I have owned at Pinnacle Port since 1997. We live in the Atlanta area. We have always handled the rentals ourselves. We have many satisfied customers who come back year after year. They also tell friends and family about us. We are proud of our units and believe they are the best you will find anywhere on the beach. Please give us a try and we feel sure you will become one of our loyal customers.
Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port
We purchased at Pinnacle Port because of the wide open spaces. You park your car in a parking lot outside of your room door...not across the street. Although this is an older development, the beach is the attraction. Parents are safe to bring their kids here. Our property patrol is top notch and they patrol late in the night to enforce quiet hours. We are beachfront with wonderful views but also have an 800 acre fishing lake.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our units are are in buildings no taller than 7 floors. Elevator wait times are not a problem.
We are close to Pier Park and the new airport in Panama City. There is no road noise at Pinnacle Port and people are mindful of speed limits. We have a large following of parents that stay with us when they come to cheer their kids on when they compete in the World Series softball tournaments each summer.

My family and I have been renting from Lisa for many years. We have rented from others in the past but Lisa's condo's are the best. She keeps all of her units updated and clean. She works hard to make sure everything is perfect when we get there. We do not trust our family vacation to anyone else!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented from Mike and Lisa many times, they are like dealing with family. Pinnacle Port is 'FANTASTIC"! We would not stay anywhere else when visiting the PCB area. As for the unit, it is super clean, comfy and private. The view is the best anywhere on the Gulf. Oh I almost forgot,we had our daughter's wedding there in May of '09 UNBELIEVEABLE. With the units that Mike and Lisa have, we didn't have to worry about our family having to stay anywhere that was unsuitable. We highly recommend these units at Pinnacle Port as your only vacation spot in PCB. Thanks Lisa your great

I live in North Georgia so Panama City is a quick get-away for me. I visit as often as I can and after my first stay at Pinnacle Port (Several years ago) I was so pleased that I have not even thought of going to another resort. It's beautiful,safe & very clean. My daughter in law left a very expensive diamond necklace in the room and didn't realize it until we returned home. We called Lisa and she contacted housekeeping and sure enough they had found it! It was mailed to her within a few days. I can't say enough good things about working with Lisa when planning my stay at her condo's. Lisa is very helpful and easy to work with. I have just finished planning my daughters wedding and it will take place in Aug. on the beach at Pinnacle Port and I expect it will be beautiful! Thanks Lisa for offering such a great place to stay! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo. It was our first time staying in one of the mid-rise buildings at Pinnacle Port, and definitely won't be our last! The unobstructed sunset view was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again. Pinnacle Port is in a lovely gated community. Far enough away from the crowds of Panama City Beach and Destin, yet close enough to shopping and restaurants. We absolutely love this area and have been coming here since our children were young. Thanks for letting us stay at your terrific condo!
