It is 5 minutes from the Nosara Yoga Institute if you are taking classes there, and is a perfect space for socializing and entertaining.

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) spent nine days of the Christmas holiday at this beautiful home in Nosara and we had a blast! The pool is georgeous and there was so much outdoor living space - shade and sun - that we spent a good part of the day lounging/reading on the lovely balinese furnishings. It's location was just right - short walk down to the beach for surfing, and short walk up to the Nosara Yoga Institute for classes. We liked being out of the busy part of town, but could walk or bike there easily if we wanted. Pretty flowers and palms all around, nice furnishings, great house design, and serene surroundings - what more could we ask? Heartwaves is on our list to visit again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

When I first walked up to this beautiful home, I thought I was at a Spa/ Resort! The patio outside is beautiful and has everything you need - a grill, table, Balinese bed for lounging, and of course the infinity pool. I just love the wooden outdoor ceiling, fans, and lighting - it's great to have that kind of atmosphere outdoors. The entire house is decorated beautifully, and it feels very cozy. The kitchen opens up to a bar and then the living room, which was great because I love having friends sit at the bar while I'm cooking. The guest shower is very spacious and open, and there is also an outdoor shower by the pool that's perfect to use after walking back from the beach. The location is great, close to the beach and town but quiet and without a lot of traffic. Waking up every morning to the view of the pool and the jungle gardens was so peaceful and serene. I was very comfortable here, this is a great house to spend some time in!

This house is beautifully decorated, clean, well- lit, and has very comfortable beds with excellent down pillows and soft good quality sheets. The infinity pool is wonderful to swim in after a long hot day on the beach and the surrounding peace and lush green jungle is perfect for a relaxing vacation or long term living. I highly recommend this rental because is impeccably maintained and a short walk to the beach. The house has many outside areas to lounge and is a great hang out spot! I've rented many houses in Nosara and this one is by far the best.
