The house is nestled in between the Channel Islands and Ventura Harbor Marinas (just minutes away from either) with restaurants and shopping nearby. With in walking distance is a Subway, bakery, and mini-market. All New Kitchen & Bath Remodel
Steps to Sparkling Sand. Venus walkways to Beach. The home is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths - All tastefully remodeled. Two of the four bedrooms are Master bedrooms which makes room choosing easier when traveling with more then one couple.
The kitchen is fully equipped with entertaining in mind and is within close proximity of a large patio with seating for 8 and has a gas BBQ. The dining room seats 6 and 2 barstools that look into the kitchen. Very entertainment friendly. The Patio also has a hot & cold outdoor shower.
The main living area features a Piano, huge curved wood burning fireplace and looks out to Patio entertaining area. Plenty of Seating and HD Big Screen TV. The home has TVs in every room including dining room.

Why the Owner Chose Oxnard
Oxnard Shores is only 30 minutes away from our home. We stayed in a vacation rental in Oxnard Shores to enjoy with our Son for Spring Break. We immediately knew the after the first night that we would enjoy having a vacation rental of our own. It is a beautiful little town which holds many secrets the Channel Islands has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are just 25 min. away from Santa Barbara. Many of our friends who visit request a trip into Downtown Ventura for shopping and restaurants.
We have an annual event with our friends when we take a early morning catamaran from Ventura Harbor and spend the whole day Kayaking in the Beautiful Channel Islands. Many have said they feel like they have been on an all day excursion on a beautiful island on another continent.
We often use the home as a meeting point to drive into Santa Barbara to enjoy the Wineries and Shopping which is only 25 min. away.

Just steps from the beach, this house provides all the amenities of "home" and then some. The photos actually do not do it justice. The upstairs master bedroom suite with its own balcony, fireplace and wet bar was a wonderful treat and the owners added little touches to make it special. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone and I would definitely return if the opportunity presented itself. Carol Hanley 1-20-12
