1800 Atlantic is a 5 story condominium directly on the ocean.We have beautiful clean, clear, oil free water. C239 is on the 3rd floor. There is secure parking under the building.The unit has 2 large bedrooms, Master bedroom has king memory foam mattress,a dressing area, and master bath with 300 gal whirlpool tub.
Second beroom with a queen bed and full bath across the hall, 2 rollaways.
All linens are included.
There is a spectacular 50 ft oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedrooms,and a ceiling fan. The unit has a fully equiped kitchen, 3 TVs/DVD player, Sterio, CD player,cable TV, and wireless internet, wet bar in the living room, and telephone with an answering machine.
The complex hasa huge pool right on the ocean, dining pavilions with grills in the lovely tropical gardens,
with bathrooms with showers , a bubbling whirlpool for 12,
and a sauna by the pool. Located at Smathers Beach, a beautiful white sand beach with parasailing, kayak rentals and more.

Why the Owner Chose 1800 Atlantic
We fell in love with Key West. It is absolutely beautiful. The water turquoise blue. It is so clear it is like swimming in the sky. Everyone is friendly. The food is fantastic even in the hole in the wall places. There is so much to do if you want to or you can just relax on the balcony or by the pool. There is something for every age. You can walk everywhere. We ride bikes. You can fly or drive to get there, a Caribbean island you can drive to. It is in the USA and has all the benefits of an American town, shopping, theater, art, medical plus fishing, gourmet dining, music of all kinds, fun bars and clubs, and the island is very safe. We have no fear walking home late at night.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are located on the ocean with a beautiful view from our balcony. At certain times of the year you can see the sun rise from your bed. The complex has it's own beach and is right next to Smathers Beach a palm studded white sand beach with parasailing, kayaking, and more. Our Olympic pool is right on the ocean so you can watch the ocean and not get sandy. There is a Jacuzzi next to the pool. The interior courtyard is a huge tropical garden. The building is secure. We face the north east so sitting on the balcony in the afternoons under the ceiling fan and watching the ocean and conch parade is a delight. Every morning we walk by the sea either down by Smathers or out on the White street Pier. Our condo is fully furnished including linens. For the price of a hotel room you have a 1300 sq. ft. home. It is so nice to not have to go out for all our meals. The complex is close enough to Duval Street to go play and them come home to quiet. People live full time in about half of the units. There is secure parking under the building a short stair climb or elevator away. This is our little part of heaven.

Steve is an attorney with Horack Tally in Charlotte, NC and I worked for the Charlotte Observer for 30 years in advertising. I currently do small business consulting in advertising. We get to Key West about 8 weeks a year and want to go more. We love to boat, hike, watch sports, travel, garden, eat gourmet food, collect wine and are big UNC Tarheel fans and love nature, another reason we love Key West. We live full time on Lake Norman, a big man made lake north of Charlotte with our 3 cats.

My husband & I, met his parents & brother in Key West for a family vacation. We rented this condo for all of us & couldn't have been more pleased. It was so spacious, clean & quiet. The full size kitchen & laundry were awesome! We were minutes away from everything we wanted to do & had a great time staying in & going out! The owner was so incredibly helpful & responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! We enjoyed many activities (jet ski tour, snorkeling, beach, pool & LOTS of eating! The time went very quick but the memories will last!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I'm on the couch watching the ocean. The pool and spa are so nice I haven't walked 40 feet to dip my toes in salt water. I haven't set foot on Smathers Beach. It's only 75 yards away. If the doors here didn't lock automatically, I think I might forget. The security makes you forget that crime occurs in other places. If you want to be where the action is drive two miles (Duval St.). When you're tired come back to serenity. Now I have to hurry to see everything before my time runs out. I've been so relaxed I don't know where the time has gone. Your restaurant and "things to do" recommendations were excellent. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise. I hope you'll allow us to come back.
