This charming one story, 3 bedroom, two bath beach resort house offers 1800 sq. feet of living space, 2 porches, a private deck and a convenient one car garage. The Home contains a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and dishwasher. The laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer.
Just off the living room is a large, screened wrap-around back porch with plenty of outdoor seating & a private wooden deck overlooking the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. In addition to the main living room areas, there are 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a walk-in closet, large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity & separate commode room. Other features include 10 ft ceilings, ceiling fans, central HVAC and lots of storage areas.

House is approx 15 homes off beach and beach pool and 9 homes from Clubhouse indoor/outdoor pools. Short bike/golf cart ride to either. Beachfront resort, no water view from house.
