Rushford Lake is a unique man made lake in the Southern Tier of New York State. The Cottage that we are offering is on the North Side of the lake, which provides for both beautiful Sunrises and spectacular Sunsets. The cottage is a quaint (900 sq ft) three (3) bedroom with modern bath and a large eat in kitchen.
The Living room is surrounded with windows over looking the lake or you can step outside onto the side deck with picnic table or onto the cover porch, and sit on the swing. Access to the water is only 90' away, either from the shore or down the dock stairs, the depth of the water at the end of the dock is 3' and slopes gently.
There is plenty of room for a boat or jet skis and a kayak and canoe are already there when you are ready. There also is a fire pit near the shore for those evening s'mores and ghost stories. One of the best features about our spot is that there are no Zebra muscles, Seaweed or Mosquitoes to ruin your vacation.
