Great Home in the Warriors Mark Neighborhood in Breckenridge. Walking Distance to Main St. Downtown Breckenridge (less than 1/2 mile to Breckenridge Brewery). Great access to everything you could want for summer, fall, winter and spring.
Take advantage of our bicycles to ride around town or walk down to the River Walk events center for a concert. The free city shuttle, with a stop just steps up the street, can take you directly downtown, to Peak 9, or the Gondola at Breckenridge.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a two story home that can sleep 6-8 people. The open living room is highlighted by a great fireplace, perfect for relaxing after mountain biking or skiing all day.

Amy and Jeff are residents of Colorado and love spending time in Summit county especially in Breckenridge. When we are not up there ourselves we would like to share our property with you!
Why the Owner Chose Warrior's Mark
Breckenridge is one of the few ski/resort areas that was a town long before it was resort. It continues to have that great town feel with lots to do right around the Main street area. We love walking down to the shops and restaurants and enjoying all of the local festivals. Amy and Jeff both love skiing, snowshoeing, and snowboarding during the winter, but love the summers as well for its great activities.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Great short walk to Main St and all its restaurants and shops. Easy free regular bus ride to the lifts. Our Favorite Haunts: Burke & Riley's, Dive Bar, Empire Burger, Giampietro's, Fatty's.

We stayed over Spring Break 2011 at this great 3 bed/2 bath condo close to the town center. There was bus service very close and convenient. We didn't have to drive into town and try to park. That was a relief! The owners were very helpful, providing directions and recommendations about activities. We skied every day and were exhausted when we came back. The accommadations were very comfortable and clean.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a truly splendid time at your place. The rooms were perfect for our party of 4 (it could have easily held more), with an excellent kitchen and a beautiful living room. Access to the bus route to the lifts was as easy as could be and within 10-15 minutes of leaving the front door, we were at the lodge ready to jump on the lift. We even took the short walk to town one night to enjoy the snow and evening. I would highly recommend your rental and look forward to renting it again ourselves. Thank you for letting us rent your place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

Great condo, spacious, well equipped, with a great location. A short walk from the bars/shops, an even shorter drive, with a free shuttle stop to the resort about 50 feet away. Would definitely stay there again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children.
