Beautiful New Dillon Single Family home in great secluded location. 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths, living room, large kitchen great for entertaining a large number of people, large deck with gas grill, great views of Red Peak and Buffalo Mountain, close to bike and hiking trails, walking distance to Dillon town center and Dillon Marina, central to all ski resorts (6-miles to Keystone, 10-miles to A-Basin, Breckenridge and Copper, and 25-miles to Vail), clean and well-maintained. Unfinished basement with games (ping-pong, darts and Wii) and additional living room + plus additional beds in lofts. Sleeps 11-15.
We built this home in 2008 and use it nearly every weekend. It’s a great place away from the crowds, but close enough to the resorts to enjoy the winter, fall spring and summer festivities. We are currently only providing it during the weekdays and weekends we are not staying at very attractive rate as we typically do not get a chance to get up there during the week. If you have specific dates in mind, please let us know as we may be able to accommodate your request.

My wife, infant son, and I hosted a business retreat for a few of our friends/clients the week of Dec. 4th. We were pleased to find this conveniently located and well appointed home. It was a pleaseant surprise to learn the owners have small children and therefore the home had been "child-proofed." Our 9 month old was able to crawl around the entire 1st floor without any worry of getting into something. All of our guests were very comfortable, and everywhere we wanted to get to (City Market, dining, shopping, etc.) was only minutes away. We've stayed at 6 other VRBO's in summit county over the past years, and my wife commented that this was by far her favorite house and location. Thank you so much for having us.

We had an amazing time at this house. It was very spacious, kid/family friendly and the views are amazing! The location is great and you have access to so much nearby! We look forward to staying here again hopefully!

WE took our six children to Dillon to this property last month and had a FABULOUS time. The house is darling inside and out...homey, clean, fresh, and new. Our kids ran around in wild excitement...from the fun huge bedroom full of beds upstairs, to the wrap-around deck, to the ping pong table in the basement. Hiking was right out the front door, stores just a couple of minutes down the hill, lake about five minutes away. We played games, had fires every night, cooked in the beautiful kitchen, and slept like babies. Definitely booking another week this summer! Thank you, Chad and co. for one of the best vacays this family has had.

Though there were personal effects in the showers and all of the drawers and closets were full (owner notified us about this, since they stay there on the weekends), it was priced well and was a wonderful accommodation for our family. We contacted the owner with a very minor issue, and he was responsive and pleasant. Perfect for infants and toddlers: the house is baby-proofed and there are plenty of cribs/bunk beds. Property was clean, well-maintained, with plenty of entertainment options both on the property and nearby to keep us busy. I would recommend this house to others, and hope to stay here again in the future!

Wow, what a great weekend we had at your home. Great snow at Keystone and even better memories. The newly finished upstairs was perfect for the kids and the bunkbeds were a great addition. Cannot wait to be back next year to enjoy the skiing, ping pong, wii and other great Dillon activities.
