Rate Details (In US Dollars)
One Year .. $5,500/month Peak Season .. $11,000/month
Consideration given for multi-month lease. Seurity deposit of 1,500
required with reservation. First and last month's payment must be
prepaid 60 days in advance for leases over 60 days. All reserva-
tions must be prepaid 60 days in advance for leases of 60 days or
less. There will be a move-out cleaning fee of $175. Rate includes
gardeners, security, cable, and pool services. Other utilities are
paid up to $300 a month and included in the lease.

Year Purchased: 2009
After renting property in this area for several years, we selected the Citrus in which to buy our "retirement" home. While still working and traveling back and forth to our WA home, we have learned to LOVE the Citrus life style. We are a professional couple - one retired, one still working - like many of the people in the Citrus.
Why the Owner Chose Citrus
While we were renting, we learned a lot about what a rental home should be. We have tried to create that home which we would have jumped at renting ourselves. Our own "retirement" home is a "7 iron" away from the home we purchased to rent. Therefore we can use the same people (pool men, gardeners, security, etc.) who so beautifully maintain our home, to care for this new property.
The Unique Benefits of this House with Guest House
From getting wine out of your own wine closet, to moonlit skinny dripping in your own private pool, not to mention playing at Silver Rock or any of the other great golf courses in the valley, you will not only totally enjoy yourself, but you may wish to never go home.
