876 Bayview is a ranch style home with a walk-out lower level. The home has two bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in a library area which is 75% private.

The home is set up for one or two families to enjoy their own personal space. Each floor has a bathroom, kitchen, eating area, living room, and deck or patio with a beautiful lake view.

There is a large sandy beach area which is kept well maintained and raked. Two kayaks are at the home for your use. My neighbors are wonderful and I know many people in the area if you have any questions during your stay.

Year Purchased: 2005

Our family is very male dominated. The only female is mom and the dog! We live 2 hours from Port Austin, and have many friends and family who also enjoy the cottage and all it has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Port Austin

Port Austin is a great family area people are friendly and all looking to enjoy and relax. Caseville is 20 minutes away and had its more trendy style attractions. We also enjoy the great beach area this home has to offer.

The Unique Benefits of this House

We enjoy visiting with family and friends, but when vacationing together, each likes to have the option of having personal space when desired. Our home allows for exactly this feature. Our home also has great area's for throwing the kids in tents outside if desired!!

    • What a great relaxing place for families. The layout gave us the perfect space between child and adult vacation fun. The kids had their space and we had ours. I was always able to well supervise the kids because I could see everywhere from in or outside of the home. We will be visiting again.

    • Wow! Nothing less than wonderful. I've visited Port Austin since I was a child. But, this visit was amazing. Clean, convenient, nice people, even the light switches were clearly marked! What a great vacation home! I'm looking forward to visiting next year already!
