This condo is a Non-Smoking, no pets, vacation hide-away featuring 3 bedrooms with 1 king size bed, 1 Queen and 1 Full bed. This condo has 3 baths. There is no hide-a-bed. The livingroom has TV with DVD/VCR combo. The furniture has beautiful leather seating. Kitchen is fully equipped with extra things such as 2 crock pots, 2 electric skillets, waffle iron, teapot, double boiler. Enjoy the outside on the spacious deck with mountain and minimal lake views. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Enjoy dining just minutes away or in the kitchen with pull up seating and separate dining area. Relax and unwind in the clubhouse with indoor salt water pool and 2 hot tubs. The hot tubs are kept at different temperatures. One is hotter than the other. Clubhouse hours 10am-10pm.
This unit has mountain views and views of Lake Dillon from the outside back deck. The deck has patio furniture and a gas grill for cooking out. You can also enjoy the nice grassy area in the summer time that Lake Cliffe property has to offer next to the clubhouse. Great for picnic and grilling, and horseshoes.
This 3-Bedroom condo accommodates up to 6 people. This condo has DSL Internet. If you would like to rent only 2 bedrooms the third bedroom and bathroom locks off for a reduced price. The fireplace is not useable.
Dillon is located in the center of five world class ski resorts. Three of these accessible by the (FREE) Summit Stage 1/2 block away. You will also be close to sledding, cross-country skiing and the shopping of Breckenridge, Frisco and the Factory Stores of Silverthorne. In the summer there are several hiking trails nearby.
Lake Cliffe is located next to the Marina and Lake Dillon, in the center of Dillon, within walking distance of all restaurants in downtown Dillon, Post Office, video store, bowling alley, gym and Summit Stage stop. Be sure and visit our Movie theaters next to City Market.
