Everyone loves the character of this neighborhood. Known as Morro Heights, this was "Old Morro Bay," where the fishermen and abalone divers lived back when Morro Bay was truly just a little fishing village.

Folks who live in this neighborhood are legally allowed to drive their golf carts to the wonderful Morro Bay Golf Course, which is just up the road. There is a public access where Kern Street makes 90 degree turn down to the entrance to the State Park.
This home is in the center of activities in Morro Bay. You are only a short drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. On holiday weekends, the nearby City Park hosts Art In The Park--where you can purchase incredible art and craft pieces by very talented artists. The prices are great, too. On Saturday evenings you might enjoy the Farmer's Market down at the intersection of Main and Morro Bay Blvd. Just a little way on down the street is the Embarcadero where you can find amazing shops, restaurants, and many other attractions.
