OCEAN VIEW - SEA WINDS UNIT # 63: Our unit is three stories which lends to privacy for everyone. Upon entering the unit you will find the laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The back bedroom overlooks the lagoon and there is a patio to enjoy. The second floor offer two balconies - one overlooks the lagoon, the other is off the kitchen nook.
The full sized kitchen has everything you need. The nook offers a cozy table for two. The dining area and living room are on this floor along with a half bath. The third floor has the master suite. The bath and closet are plenty roomy and this balcony offers a view of the beautiful ocean and lagoons.
Our unit is all about having fun! (and of course, relaxing).
Close to Jacksonville, Daytona and historical St. Augustine.
Use the private boardwalk to beach or the pool and Jacuzzi. Either is only steps away.
Relax on the beach or enjoy the many sights in St. Augustine (the old fort, schoolhouse, and loads of shopping opportunities)
