Gulf Crest two bedroom units boast an unbelievable 400 square feet balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
With FRESH PAINT and NEW CARPET installed in November of 2011, you will feel welcomed as you walk into a spacious entry way and kitchen area complete with all the comforts of home. The living room and dining room provides ample space for your family with spectacular views of the gulf.
This unit offers a king size bed in the master, queen size bed in the second bedroom and bunk beds for the kids. Additional sleeping is offered with a queen size sofa bed in the living room.
This unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Effective 01/01/09, the front desk is requiring a $20 non-refundable deposit at check-in for parking passes & arm bands for the pool area. Cleaning fee is $70.
Must be 25 or older to rent this unit.
$200 damage deposit is required.

Beautiful Condo. My family and I stay at this same unit every year. Love the new carpet and paint! Owners really maintain this unit. It is kid friendly and very convenient to alot of activities and good restaurants. Minutes from Wal-Mart, shopping malls and Pier Park! You will not go wrong by staying in this one.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
