Location, location, location! This four-plex has it all: it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, has great views and is close everything - trails, golf, galleries, restaurants, shopping, jeep rides, balloon rides and more. This is an opportunity to enjoy the magic that is Sedona.
The floor plan of this luxury townhouse is fantastic: 1,500 square feet that functions like 2,500 square feet. The living room has a kiva-style fireplace, ceiling fan, 32" HD flat screen television, and adjoins the dining area. The dining table seats 4 and has two leaves which can accommodate 6 to 8. Granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar make the kitchen an enjoyable area. The main level opens onto a generously sized balcony (approx. 10' X 20') with gas grill, occasional tables, and table seating 6 that will provide you, your family, and friends with gorgeous red rock and mountain views to the north, east, and southeast. The main level master suite has a queen Euro-top bed, 26" flat screen television, ceiling fan and picturesque western views. The master bath has a large granite walk-in shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The main level also includes a half bath.
The lower level has two guest bedrooms: one has a super comfy queen Euro-top bed with its own private patio and 26" flat screen television, the other guest bedroom has equally comfy twin Euro-top beds. Both rooms have tons of closet space. The large guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo incased in granite with ledges for sitting and bath items. The lower level also has a work area with a desk. You will have WiFi of course.

The $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit is due at the time of booking.
The $250 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee and the first month's rent is
due 90 days prior to arrival.

Sedona has unlimited opportunities for enjoying nature, art, great food from many cultures. Sedona is the perfect place to simply enjoy life. Additionally we find Sedona is a great central location so that visiting the Grand Canyon for the day is easy and an overnight stay in Las Vegas is equally easy.

The location - a quiet neighborhood with great views in every direction; cafes and shopping within a short walk make this place the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Our townhouse is spacious but cozy. The main level is perfect for just the two of us. When children, grand-children or friends visit the guest rooms and bath on the lower level are perfect for everyone's privacy.

We are a retired couple residing in Illinois. We love traveling and have been fortunate enough to visit many places all over the world. We first visited Sedona in 1981 and after many trips decided that we would like to spend more time in our favorite place.
