Come relax in our newly remodeled 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condominium located on the ground floor! This Pottery Barn decorated Condo is located only 20 yards from the ocean. With such a great view you will never want to leave! Located on the ground floor, you will not have to hassle with stairs or the elevator, just walk out the door and run your toes through the sand. The galley kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven and refrigerator, is fully furnished with cookware, dishes and utensils. All you need to bring is sunscreen and your swimsuit!
You will be able to enjoy sitting on your private balcony or swimming in one of the two pools, one of which is heated. You are also only a few steps away from two great shuffle board courts. The Pelican is located conveniently close to grocery stores, downtown shopping, and excellent restaurants!
This great vacation spot is full of white sand, great places to eat, and many other enjoyable attractions. Day trips are an easy drive, with Orlando just one hour away. You can visit Disney World theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, or the Daytona International Speedway if you feel like spending a day away from the beach.

My husband and I with our 3 girls, 16, 6 and 4 fell in love with this townhouse when we stayed there over Thanksgiving week. We're from Iowa and have traveled to Disney many times, always stopping for a night on the ocean. For this trip, we wanted to spend a week on the ocean with 1 or 2 days of Disney, to really enjoy some relaxing family time. I had searched online for just the "perfect" place for us...the girls wanted a walk-out right on the beach, the pool close by, to see dolphins from our porch and an upstairs. This townhouse not only had our requirements, but completely exceeded our expectations! The townhouse is located on the edge of the complex, closed to the beach. The photo looking out over the small grassy area with the fence is completely accurate at showing how close the beach is. It is a drive-on beach, but so little traffic it's nothing to worry about. The drive to Orlando took about an hour, but budget your time in the morning if you want to make it by a certain time, traffic could be quite heavy. There was a Walmart close by where we bought our food and supplies for the week and a local tshirt shop filled with souvenirs that the girls just loved. We went to a nearby town and went on a boat tour and saw dozens of dophins. Absolutely phenomenal! We even bought some extra sand toys and boogie boards that we left in the closet for when we come back again. Our girls think of this as our home-away-from-home and we can't wait to come back! The owner is wonderful to work with. You won't be disappointed renting from him!

This condo is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, inside and out. The decorating is to die for, a gourmet kitchen fully appointed, easy access to the beach and pool, and two stories to help get away from people if you want to. The vistas of the ocean are absolutely gorgeous, especially at sunrise. I will be telling all my friends about this place.

This condo has the most beautiful vista's I have ever seen from a condo. You walk right out to the two pools and the beach is a stone's throw to the beach. The whole townhouse has been totally renovated, well appointed granite kitchen; remodeled bathrooms, you can tell a decorator has done this condo. We would recommend this place highly!!

Our family who live in Virginia met us for a perfect week of fun and relaxation! The townhouse is nicer than advertised and the beach and pools were magnificent! We saw dolphins every morning and even had the opportunity to watch baby sea turtles being released. My only regret is that we had to leave so soon, it was a vacation to remember! We may have found ourselves a new favorite beach! Be sure to visit Oceans Seafood down the street!

This is the perfect get-away! The condo was beautiful, clean and completely redone. You couldnt be closer to the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
