Words can't describe how wonderful this place is. A group of us booked a last minute trip to Gatlinburg and Darla was very helpful and wonderful to work with. I have to repeat what others have said before that this place has an amazing view! We've visited Gatlinburg many times before and this has got to be the best cabin we've ever booked! Definitely will come back in the near future.

The photos don't do this cabin justice you would have to see it, above and beyond all expectations. This was our second time staying in MDV we will be back! The cabin is well appointed. Has everything you need to cook or grill with. All you need is the food and time to relax and just enjoy your family! Darla is so awesome and sweet to work with answers all questions with extremely quick responses. The cabin is very clean and spacious. I recommend this cabin to anyone who's looking for a relaxing time to see God's Creations while sitting on the deck rocking and drinking coffee!! We found a new restaurant in PF, J.T. Hannah’s awesome very highly recommended. A trip to PF is not a trip without visiting "The Old Mill" best country cooking in PF. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay look no further. wonderful cabin!!!

We just returned today from a 4 day trip to this beautiful cabin. We stayed here last year also and when it came time to book our trip this year, there was no question as to where we were staying. The cabin is so beautiful and VERY clean. The views are really "Million Dollar Views"! There were 9 of us from ages 12 to 72 and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The 2 teenagers loved the pool table and the new video arcade game. My husband and I relaxed in the hot tub every night. We cooked every meal at the cabin as the kitchen is very well stocked with all utensils and pots and pans. We went to Dollywood and also this year went to the Titanic. We all enjoyed learning more about that event and the people who survived and also the stories of the people who lost their lives. Very moving! Thank you, Ryans, for sharing your home with us! You were great to do business with!

Million Dollar View for Pennies on the Dollar

The property is as described, the view is beautiful. We made our reservation last minute and with a group of nine people it was difficult finding something available and affordable. When we came across this cabin with the deal we got, we were reluctant ans suspicious, and after booking we expected some sorta bait and switch routine. I assure you this cabin is as advertised. It was perfect for our group of four adults and five children. Do not hesitate to grab this cabin...We are already planning our return stay. Thanx Darla and God Bless!!!

We had a fabulous week with friends at the cabin. It was clean and well stocked. The views are magnificent and the location is perfect. We had 6 kids who loved the game room. We were close to all the activities yet still felt like we were deep in the woods. We will definitiely be back. Thanks for everything.

A wonderful stay!!

This cabin was a fantastic place to stay for our summer vacation. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (unlike most cabins we have stayed in). There is plenty of room so everyone can stretch out and relax. The location was perfect! Just a short drive down the mountain and you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed the Mill area, Dollywood Splash Country and the Dixie Stampede show. All were very close and convenient, yet the cabin was very private. We got to watch the fireworks from Gatlinburg while we were on the porch. The kids really enjoyed that. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there. Everything was better than expected. We are already thinking about coming back with the whole family in the winter.

Better than Expected!!

I consider myself a very picky traveler (with spoiled kids that are the same) with high expectations. The photos of the view and inside of the cabin seemed beautiful,l so I booked a 9 day stay. When we arrived, my family was thrilled. Like other reviews, I agree the photos do not do it justice. Everything was clean and well stocked for our arrival. There was plenty of space and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone considering a trip to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The cabin was in a central location so we had lots of fun whitewater rafting, ziplining, hiking, hoseback riding and enjoying the mountains. We hope to come back in the winter sometime! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful home for our summer vacation!

What a wonderful home in a great location! No trees blocking your views of the mountains and the pictures on here don't do it justice. It's in an easy to access location, but very private as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Christmas Ski Vacation

10 of us stayed in the cabin from Dec. 18-23rd. There were 5 kids aged 6-11, one 19 year old, and four adults. The cabin had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed being at the cabin just as much as doing activities around the area. The cabin was even better than the photos depicted. We had fun having pool and air hockey tournaments. We took a hike down the hill on the backside of the cabin. That was a workout. I can neither confirm, nor deny the siting of a bear from my 9 year old. The look on her face was terror, but no one else saw it. In her mind, there was a bear! We drove to Maggie Valley, NC and went skiing at Cataloochee. It was great seeing my niece and nephews' faces when they saw snow for the first time (they are from Florida). Ziplining was a blast and Wonderworks was a great time for all. We will definitely be back to this wonderful place. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this cabin.

As we sit at the airport waiting for our plane home, we are sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful vacation home. The cabin was beautiful, clean and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is great and close to pretty much everything. The views, well as it says are worth a million bucks! We even had the opportunity to see snow in Gatlinburg while we were visiting which was wonderful for our kids who have never seen snow!! Overall it was an awesome stay....even with the ladybugs :)
