Our women's group stayed in this cabin for a conference. ALL 9 of us LOVED this cabin! We all had been to this area before, but agreed this to be the best, expecially the view. We even all took showers with out running out of hot water! It really is a million dollar view. We had an awesome time in your cabin! Even though we didn't spend much time in it, it was perfect for our group. Thank you for such great amenities. The view was just Perfect!!!!!!! We had friends staying in another cabin that were very jealous. The cabin is in a great location with being out of the traffic, but super close to everything. Hopefully, I can bring my family back soon! Thanks again for making our trip a great one.

Words can't describe how wonderful this place is. A group of us booked a last minute trip to Gatlinburg and Darla was very helpful and wonderful to work with. I have to repeat what others have said before that this place has an amazing view! We've visited Gatlinburg many times before and this has got to be the best cabin we've ever booked! Definitely will come back in the near future.

The photos don't do this cabin justice you would have to see it, above and beyond all expectations. This was our second time staying in MDV we will be back! The cabin is well appointed. Has everything you need to cook or grill with. All you need is the food and time to relax and just enjoy your family! Darla is so awesome and sweet to work with answers all questions with extremely quick responses. The cabin is very clean and spacious. I recommend this cabin to anyone who's looking for a relaxing time to see God's Creations while sitting on the deck rocking and drinking coffee!! We found a new restaurant in PF, J.T. Hannah’s awesome very highly recommended. A trip to PF is not a trip without visiting "The Old Mill" best country cooking in PF. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay look no further. We just returned today from a 4 day trip to this beautiful cabin. We stayed here last year also and when it came time to book our trip this year, there was no question as to where we were staying. The cabin is so beautiful and VERY clean. The views are really "Million Dollar Views"! There were 9 of us from ages 12 to 72 and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The 2 teenagers loved the pool table and the new video arcade game. My husband and I relaxed in the hot tub every night. We cooked every meal at the cabin as the kitchen is very well stocked with all utensils and pots and pans. We went to Dollywood and also this year went to the Titanic. We all enjoyed learning more about that event and the people who survived and also the stories of the people who lost their lives. Very moving! Thank you, Ryans, for sharing your home with us! You were great to do business with!

Million Dollar View for Pennies on the Dollar

The property is as described, the view is beautiful. We made our reservation last minute and with a group of nine people it was difficult finding something available and affordable. When we came across this cabin with the deal we got, we were reluctant ans suspicious, and after booking we expected some sorta bait and switch routine. I assure you this cabin is as advertised. It was perfect for our group of four adults and five children. Do not hesitate to grab this cabin...We are already planning our return stay. Thanx Darla and God Bless!!!

We had a fabulous week with friends at the cabin. It was clean and well stocked. The views are magnificent and the location is perfect. We had 6 kids who loved the game room. This cabin was a fantastic place to stay for our summer vacation. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (unlike most cabins we have stayed in). There is plenty of room so everyone can stretch out and relax. The location was perfect! Just a short drive down the mountain and you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed the Mill area, Dollywood Splash Country and the Dixie Stampede show. All were very close and convenient, yet the cabin was very private. We got to watch the fireworks from Gatlinburg while we were on the porch. The kids really enjoyed that. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there. Everything was better than expected. We are already thinking about coming back with the whole family in the winter.

Better than Expected!!

I consider myself a very picky traveler (with spoiled kids that are the same) with high expectations. The photos of the view and inside of the cabin seemed beautiful,l so I booked a 9 day stay. When we arrived, my family was thrilled. Like other reviews, I agree the photos do not do it justice. Everything was clean and well stocked for our arrival. There was plenty of space and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone considering a trip to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The cabin was in a central location so we had lots of fun whitewater rafting, ziplining, hiking, hoseback riding and enjoying the mountains. We hope to come back in the winter sometime! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful home for our summer vacation!

What a wonderful home in a great location! No trees blocking your views of the mountains and the pictures on here don't do it justice. It's in an easy to access location, but very private as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Christmas Ski Vacation

10 of us stayed in the cabin from Dec. 18-23rd. There were 5 kids aged 6-11, one 19 year old, and four adults. The cabin had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed being at the cabin just as much as doing activities around the area. The cabin was even better than the photos depicted. We had fun having pool and air hockey tournaments. We took a hike down the hill on the backside of the cabin. That was a workout. I can neither confirm, nor deny the siting of a bear from my 9 year old. The look on her face was terror, but no one else saw it. In her mind, there was a bear! We drove to Maggie Valley, NC and went skiing at Cataloochee. It was great seeing my niece and nephews' faces when they saw snow for the first time (they are from Florida). Ziplining was a blast and Wonderworks was a great time for all. We will definitely be back to this wonderful place. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this cabin.

As we sit at the airport waiting for our plane home, we are sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful vacation home. The cabin was beautiful, clean and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is great and close to pretty much everything. The views, well as it says are worth a million bucks! We even had the opportunity to see snow in Gatlinburg while we were visiting which was wonderful for our kids who have never seen snow!! Overall it was an awesome stay....even with the ladybugs :)

What a fabulous cabin! We have stayed in lots of places at the mountains and also at the beach and this was by far one of the best!!! The mattresses, pillows, linens were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed for preparing our meals. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 11-72 and it was comfortable and fun for all ages. The hot tub was used every night and was very relaxing! Thank you for making our family vacation such a memorable one!

Darla, Thanks to your family for having Million Dollar View, my family had a great time at the cabin last week. The property was great and met all our expectations. I love the location of the cabin, it made you feel a little closer to heaven. We were happy that we were not in a cabin community and had privacy. The layout of the cabin gave everybody enough common space and enough private space as well. The decor was beautiful and everything was better than expected. My father inlaw who has severe dementia was so excited about the jacuzzi it was awesome to watch him so enjoy his vacation! We will definately be back in the future. I hope your vaction/trip with your son was as fun as ours. PS, we walked from the cabin to the main road several days while there, so for future visitors there is no excuse to not EXERCISE!!! LOL!! This cabin was beautiful and looked like the pictures online. The view was spectacular to say the least. Great location: close to many attractions and very convenient if going to Dollywood. It was clean, game room was great for the kids and kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes and utensils. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

This cabin has a "million dollar view" as labeled in their name. It was wonderful walking out to the deck at any time of the day and always expect to see a different view from the last view. The cabin has a lay-out that provides one common living area; then, permits two different and separate areas to expand your group - all within the cabin. It has two separate deck areas to increase the space for you to enjoy the company or just have some alone time. The cabin has an excellent atmosphere and is secluded from other cabins and activities. We certainly expect to rent this cabin, again, when in the area. Working with the owners was extremely pleasant and they were very responsive. Thank you for letting us onto your property.

We stayed from Feb 25th-29th,2008/ We had a wonderful time. the view was spectacular! this place is great. Wheat a blessing we had on tues/wed. We had a beautiful snow to fall - got 6-7 inches. We had a wonderful weekend stay at your cabin. We all arrived on Friday morning. We took a hike up to Rainbow Falls where Adam & Casey got engaged under the falls. This is the first time our entire family has gone on vacation together and we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home base! Here on a visit form England. Really impressed by the whole area. I never thought I'd ever be in the Smokies! The friends in England will be soooo jealous! Please take care of this beautiful place, the planet needs it and so do the people that need to stay sane. I've thoroughly enjoed this visit and hope to return on day. I am also on a visit from England staying in GA with friends. The Smokies mountains are absolutely fantastic. We have all had a great few days in the cabin. What else can I say, I am just over-whelmed by the whole experience! What a beautiful spot and comfortable cabin. the cabin is well positioned to visit the National park and Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg. We've spotted a silver back fox, very elegant creature. We are a Louisiana family of 10 who had a fabulous time at your beautiful cabin. We will take home with us wonderful memories that we will share for a lifetime. It was a fun-filled five day adventure. We did not over do it however. We took one day at a time and didn't rush. White water rafting was a great experience and can't wait to do it again. Wish we would have explored Gatlinburge a little more but there's always next ime and we will surely return. The cabin was a last minute change and we were very pleased. Being from Louisiana, we put your kitchen to good use. The kids loved the pool table and coming home at night to unwinde in the hot tub (adults too) The view was breath-taking and truly God's creation. Our back yard back home looks nothing like yours so we did spend alot of time taking it all in. Thanks for opening and sharing your cabin with us. Sorry it all had to end. It was our first time saying in the mounatins and it left a good impression that will have us returning one day. Hopefully, sooner than later.

What a welcom break. We are 4 couples from South Metro Atlanta that attend church together. It was an awesome opportunity to fellowship together and enjoy our spouses. The weather turned out very warm 70's. The men golfed and women shopped. This is our first get away as a group but not our last! The cabin provided a beautiful view of God's creation to enjoy and opportunity to rest and relax. Memories have been made to last a lifetime and roots laid to grow a legacy for our families. What a fabulous escape! We couldn't have asked for amore intimate and breathtaking getaway. After venturing deep into the mountains, it's hard to find a more inspiring view than from the balcony of the cabin. The cabin is so vast and has so much to offer that we could easily do our own thing when desired, and still come together for home-cooked meals and cold nights in the hot tub. Thank you!
