Located on the 2nd floor. This condo has a 2nd floor deck to sit out and enjoy the sun!! Full Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. The condo has window Air Conditioning in each room!! 3 TV's, Wireless INTERNET.
The ground level has a shared gas grill and outside shower with the first floor.
This is a private, quiet, condo and not in a condo complex. There are only 2 units. We own the 2nd floor condo.
Our condo is 2 blocks to the beach and located at 109th St. in Stone Harbor!! One of the best beaches in Stone Harbor!!

Watch those sprial stairs!

It was fairly clean when we stayed in Aug. 2009, and the location on the South End is nice, away from the busy heart of town, but it is on a main street. The spiral staircase is the only way in & out, and made it tricky during move in and move out, so be warned - anyone not physically fit & able to carry all your luggage up and around a small spiral staircase will be stuck.
Owner response:We tell all our renters that the 2nd floor condo has a spiral staircase. I don't know why Amy waited almost a year to submit this comment. When she check out she said they had a great time!
