Located on the 2nd floor. This condo has a 2nd floor deck to sit out and enjoy the sun!! Full Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. The condo has window Air Conditioning in each room!! The ground level has a shared gas grill and outside shower with the first floor.
This is a private, quiet, condo and not in a condo complex. There are only 2 units. We own the 2nd floor condo.
Our condo is 2 blocks to the beach and located at 109th St. in Stone Harbor!! One of the best beaches in Stone Harbor!!
