NEW LISTING! Located on the Fish Hook Lake, this home was just remodeled and is virtually brand new! The lower level has hardwood floors throughout the living and dining rooms and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is completely furnished including a gas range for the cooking enthusiast. The kitchen island includes breakfast bar seating. This great floor plan is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of family and friends. The kitchen, finished with granite countertops and stainless appliances, is open to both the dining room and living room. Enjoy the ambiance of the propane fireplace while peering out to the frequenting wildlife - such as deer and fox - along with the natural beauty the island and lake offer.
The lower level den has great lake views and is furnished with a flat screen television and futon couch. Stay connected with satellite television, telephone service with unlimited long distance, and wireless internet access. The lower level also has a full, tiled bathroom.
The upstairs offers two private suites. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and offers enchanting lake views, a large flat screen television, a private lanai with deck furniture overlooking the lake, and adjoining tiled master bath with dual vanities and large soaking tub. The second suite is furnished with a queen bed and also has a lake view and adjoining tiled shower.
Located on two acres wooded with Douglas firs and madronas, the Fish Hook Lake house is quite and private. Have fun swimming, canoeing or fishing off the private dock or sit out on the picnic table just enjoying the outdoors. The lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout, Cut Throat, and Bass. Enjoy sunning on the pier complete with swim ladder. Watch the various wildlife including otters, ducks, swans, eagles, and hawks. Walk over to the nearby San Juan Zip Lines for some excitement or over to the Lakedale Resort for a visit. This property is centrally located between Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor.
