Very beautiful large one-bedroom corner unit in lovely garden setting in the tranquil rear patio of the Hacienda Santa Maria del Obraje in the north-east corner of El Centro. Full time gardener, velador (night watchman), secure parking space included. Five minute stroll to the Aurora Design Center, ten minutes to the Artisans' Market and fifteen to El Jardin...easy, essentially flat blocks. No need for car except for out of town excursions.
Unit is exceptionally spacious, bright, airy, luxurious for one and perfect for a couple. Beautifully furnished and appointed for immediate comfort and enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen. All utilities included, weekly maid and laundry service. As appealing as a B&B, only much larger and much less expensive. Fresh flowers, coffee, and a bottle of wine for all guests.

I retired to San Miguel 4 years ago, bought this place because I loved the location and the possibilities. Was totally remodeled in 2006. I built a house in the country last year, in San Miguel Viejo, where I now live.
Why the Owner Chose Centro
The hacienda is an exceptionally beautiful place with the feeling of old Mexico. I bought my condo initially to live in, which I did for 2 years, before building out of San Miguel.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the rear garden location, I liked my neighbors, and I liked being able to walk to town.
